Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been validated.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
Meet-up information
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility
- This activity has no age limit
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 0-8 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
