What to expect
Connecting the ancient, limestone peaks of Ninh Binh with the misty, terraced mountains of Sa Pa has always been a bucket-list journey through Northern Vietnam. Historically, travelers had to deal with the hassle of switching buses or trains in Hanoi.

A memorable and very comfortable journey. The brand-new bus, equipped with Wi-Fi and massage seats, added an extra touch of joy to the trip. Highly recommended.
highly recommended! we were picked up from our hotel in Sapa and dropped off in our hotel in Ninh Binh. It was a comfortable and smooth trip without the hassle of bringing bags and luggages from grab and etc. thank you G8 ❤️
The service was punctual, the new car was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked great. HK was overbooked, so I chose this as an alternative and it was excellent. They even sent pickup information via KakaoTalk, which was very convenient. Their punctuality seems perfect for Koreans. I'll only be using G8 from now on.
the trip was really great. I slept the entire time and woke up to find myself in Sapa. I enjoyed seeing the view.
If I compare my experience with G8 against HK Buslines, the ride was more bumpy. Less communication since we didn’t know what to expect. Cabin not so well maintenance. No charging (not working). No massage. The entire journey felt very long but we had a good sleep since we were very exhausted. Picked up at 9pm by a van, routed to pick up a small group which was very self-entitled took their time to go to lobby, load their luggages and board the van and dropped us at Sapa office. Sleeper bus came at 11pm and dropped us at Tam Coc around 6+am. Their van sent us to our hotel. Overall I think the staff are nice and efficient.
These limousine buses are like actual rooms with everything you need for the journey: a pillow, blanket, water, the option to vibrate the bed, a TV, and outlets. They're a bit short, but perhaps they're set for lower average heights.
best sleeper bus company we have used. it was clean and the comfiest to date.
Budget friendly and nice and comfortable bus service.
Very good... also turn off the exterior LEDs.
After arriving in Ninh Binh, the drop-off service was not smooth, so I waited for about 20 minutes in the hot and humid weather. I thought it was a direct route from Sapa to Ninh Binh, but we went through Hanoi, which coincided with rush hour. It took 8 hours. If I had known it involved a layover from the beginning, I wouldn't have chosen it...
