Reviews
booking process is easy. book and pay on website, get ur railway ticket on the day over the counter then that’s it. the sleeping coach is clean, bed is comfortable. it’s a special and unique sleeping train experience. However… I couldn’t sleep over the night… the railroad track is old… when it started to depart… there were some metal hitting sounds like just underneath ur coach which is very loud and disturbing… and the journey is actually quite shaky and bumpy. if u r a light sleeper, it wouldn’t be a ideal way to go to Sapa.
great value of money! comfy travel
it was a great experience compared to sleeper bus. we will definitely ride the sleeper train again.
Nice and clean cabin and comfortable to sleep in. Friendly train staff throughout.
it was a good experience train ride passing by train street
The experience was great because the tour guide was very responsible, and we had a lot of fun with Eric leading the way. Very good service.
It seems like I made a good choice, as I was able to have a great experience.
good experience!! clean cabin
Great experience with Vicsapa train
This is the absolute worst, truly terrible. They said they'd change us to a small cabin for two, so we went to the last car of the train, but then suddenly they said it wasn't there and led us somewhere else. It was truly awful, with no explanation whatsoever. And then, when they offered morning coffee and I said okay, they asked for 50,000 VND. If it was paid, I wouldn't have had it. 50,000 VND for a packet of instant coffee? Absolutely the worst.
