- For Lao Cai - Sapa route, upon arrival at Lao Cai Train Station, head to Waiting Room 1 and look for the VicSapa counter for easy pick-up. You'll receive a warm welcome from our staff holding a signboard with your name.
- For Sapa - Lao Cai route, operator offers free pick-up if your hotel is located in centre of Sapa. Please provide your hotel name's and address at check out page

it felt like i’m transported to hogwarts! being a high schooler and taking a gamble on whose gonna be my bunkmate for the night! I travelled solo and was lucky to met 3 china girls and we were able to communicate with each other. Train is a cool experience! toilet was very clean. but beware there is really no space. its literally u lie down and sleep if u are station at the upper deck. if you have nice companions like me. at least u get to chill and chat with them at the lower beds before turning in for the night! 100% would recommend this transport!!

Driver are very punctual and drives very carefully..even help us with our bags.. We book for 2 separate van but admin was very helpful to offer us 1 big 29seater van to accomodate our group n bags. The van are very spacious and confortable. The admin also very helpful, they will message you early on all the detail arragements..recommended!
It was a good experience as we were all first timer. Though we did not have a good sleep as train wheel is noisy,it was worth trying for.Comfortable cabin with snacks provided and basic toiletries.

The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day before and I was able to meet him right in front of the station on the same day. I think there were a lot of carriers that day, so I had to fold down the back seat because of the luggage, and my group and I sat next to the driver. Sapa was a winding road up and down the foggy mountain road, so it was quite scary to sit in the front seat, but it was a fun experience.
The pick-up is on time and the van is new, comfortable and airconditioned. The driver verified first the passenger/s and helped us load our luggages. We had a safe travel from Sapa to Lao Cai train station and did not encountered any problem during the almost one hour trip. I have one suggestion for improvement though, to put seatbelts or something to hold on for passengers at the back of every seats for safety purposes. Thank you for good service.
Driver contacted us a day before and hold our name on the arrival gate. Thankfully everything went smoothly and driver dropped us at the front of the hotel lobby. Would definitely recommend this as it saves ur hassle on getting a taxi upon arrival as many of them will approach you for taxi.
first of all, you can consider booking shared transferred if you are ok. the price is too high for the 45min ride from train station to hotel. driver will WhatsApp you beforehand to confirm picked up and wait for you outside lao Cai station. smooth and easy. minimal interaction and information. just a point A to B transfer.
