absolutely wonderful location. was a short walk from the station to the hotel and the breakfast buffet was a mix of western and Japanese cuisine accommodating many flavor profiles. from the restaurant there was a direct view of MT. Fuji which luckily was very visible during my stay. there was a lovely onsen and the rooms felt much larger then in Tokyo. 5 minute walk to local ramen chains offered fantastic food options and the staff were extremely friendly and ensured there was no miscommunication despite language barriers.

Checkin was five minutes. Laundry room available. Right next to train station. good options nearby. Extremely affordable.

What a wonderful trip to Fuji! We manage to spend time at most of the tourist attractions and avoided from the peak hours to arrive home early. Enjoyed the itinerary and also super appreciate our guide: Dana💌 for the detailed guide and friendly service!🤟🏻🌷

This was my second attempt to see Mt Fuji but my first time I went with another tour company. But this tour company took me to better spots. And what a great tour! We got so many great photos of Mt. Fuji….and we were so lucky that it was clear! My photos of Fuji and the Pagoda were worth the whole trip!!! Our guide, Luna, was the best! She was warm, filled with information, and showed us the best spots to take pictures. Her English was excellent and she was a great driver. The best part was that there were only 9 of us on the tour!!! Don’t hesitate…do this tour!

Although the forecast predicted cloudy skies and rain showers, we were incredibly fortunate to witness Mt. Fuji on a clear, sunny day—right from the Lawson store, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The autumn foliage added a breathtaking touch to the scenery, with vibrant colors painting the landscape.
The hike up to the pagoda at Arakurayama Sengen Park was a challenge with its 397 steps, but the panoramic view at the top, including Mt. Fuji in the distance, made every step worth it. Due to time constraints, we missed one final spot on the itinerary, but overall, it was a wonderful and memorable tour.
Our tour guide, Junsung Han, was incredibly detailed in his explanations, making every part of the journey informative and engaging. He was kind and considerate, always ensuring that even the elderly members of the group could comfortably keep up with the pace. His attentiveness and care truly made the tour smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you, Junsung Han!

The driver from Harbin was very attentive and quick-witted. They proactively offered advice on points to note about the attractions I had chosen, and were also able to suggest more suitable alternatives when needed. They answered all my questions during the trip and, although they were a driver, they could easily act as a part-time tour guide.

We had the best day ever with our very knowledgeable and accommodating guide Hero!! There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer, and always with patience and a warm smile. His English is flawless so there was no language barrier at all. We had a couple of last minute requests also, which Hero arranged for us without any problems at all. Many thanks to Hero for this very memorable full day tour which we can highly recommend if you want to experience Mt Fuji, saké, shrines, waterfalls and much more in one eventful day.
