this was our 1st ski experience and we had so much fun!! the ski resort does not provide goggle, gloves and helmet rentals so good thing that this tour/our instructors provide them at an affordable price. The helmet and gloves were at 1500 JPY each. My husband needed to buy long socks at 2000 JPY. The instructors were also good and fun to be with.
We had a blast! Elli took care of us. He was very patient and made sure we enjoyed our time skiing. Tour guides had helmets and gloves for rent while socks and face masks for purchase. Hassle-free! An icing on the cake is Fujisan decided to show up! One for the books.
The tour guide is very understanding. we missed the bus & we took the public bus to go there and he met us there and automatically helped us i getting the ticket/gears all ready and we able to board the tour bus back. Thank you so much!
This was my first time participating in a skiing activity, and the overall experience was great. The day before the trip started, the instructor will send you an email. Remember to check your inbox, as it will contain a brief description of the itinerary and the LINE and WhatsApp links for the instructor and team leader. You can ask questions there if you have any. Regarding equipment, if you are a beginner who doesn't have any ski equipment, the instructor will offer goggles for rent on the way to the ski resort. Headbands, gloves, and long socks are also available for purchase by group members. If you need any of the above equipment, you can take this opportunity to stock up. I think it's very considerate and the cost is not expensive. In terms of teaching, instructors YU YU and JIMMY can communicate in Chinese or English without any problems, and they are also very enthusiastic in their teaching. As a skiing novice, I quickly got started, and was able to safely experience the entire beginner course in a very short time. I am very grateful to them.
It was a very nice and memorable trip. We were fortunate to experience both rain and snow, which made the journey even more unique and exciting. Each destination had its own charm, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, clear, and engaging in explaining the history and details of the resorts, which helped us appreciate each place even more. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
Perfect package for my 12-yo son and me as we have never ski before! We had Trace and Yuyu as our instructors, who came all the way from Osaka to host our trip to the Fujiyama Yeti Snow Ski resort. Trace has been wonderful in rendering the basic lessons for skiing, complete with safety measures and the necessary equipments that we must have for a good beginner experience. We were blessed with the majestic view of Mount Fuji all day long and had fun skiing and playing in the snow. I would recommend package A for you if you are also a first timer like myself. The cafe also serves vegetarian and seafood/fish meal options. Very easy to order using the machine which accepts cash and/or visa/IC/Pasmo. The facilities at Yeti were complete with comfortable changing rooms, toilets, lockers (there is a coin exchange machine on-site if you need 100 yen coins) as the lockers only take coins payment. Overall, a memorable experience for ski, snow, and Mount Fuji.
My brothers and I just did this today. and it was so much fun! Tracey was the best! he gave us so much useful information and really took his time explaining and making sure everyone understood, and constantly checking on us to make sure we were having fun and enjoying our time, he was seriously the best and we would definitely be doing this again when we come back.
For someone that comes from Singapore and has never seen snow or Ski before, this was the best experience I have ever had yet so far! Fujiyama ski resort is about 2hours away from Shinjuku and even though it’s a small ski world, you will appreciate it if you come from a hot country like myself! Everything about the services were amazing, the coaches are very detailed when conducting the training and would ensure that we at least know how to ski and stop before letting us roam around ourselves. The weather up at Fujiyama is also perfect, not super cold for anyone wondering, but cool enough to have a blast experience! Lastly, the timing given for us felt plenty, after training and lunch, we still have about 2.5hours left to ourselves, more than enough to take some photos and enjoy the scenery. If you are in Tokyo and would like to step out of the city for a day, this is the perfect day plan for you! :D
we had a great time in yeti it was snowing heavy when we were there (march 8,2025) 3yrs old below is free so its a plus compared to other klook services.. timmy and michael the tour guide was great thank you..
My partner and I decided to book this trip out to Mt Fuji as the idea of having all of your transport, gear and lessons covered under one umbrella sounded so perfect. Our instructors were so lovely, patient and supportive during our trip and were extremely attentive to those who needed more support. We were able to explore the resort and go at our own pace once we felt comfortable. It bucketed down snow today and was such a magical experience. We also got to meet a bunch of lovely individuals who were participating as well which made the experience even more worth while. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it is absolutely everything it says and was the highlight to my Japan trip ☺️⛷️
