Very accomodating Tour Guide. Salute Mr. Ben. Being Multi Lingual speaker is a +++. Easily accessible meet-up Point with a bright orange Flag. On time departure and arrival. He really made sure that we are okay every time. The sledding activity was one of a kind. Beginner friendly. He even gave us all a Mt. Fuji picture souvenir. Thank you Ben!

10/10 recommend for the ski lesson package. belle was an amazing tour guide, she communicated consistently before, during and after the tour so you were always extremely well informed. the coaches for our ski lesson were great - it was my first time seeing snow and by the end of the lesson i was able to ski !!!! and not fall over. the resort is small - small shop, restaurant - and i don’t know if people not going down the slopes can use the chair lift - but my experience skiing was good. oh and wish we brought snow gloves and goggles from amazon at home cause super expensive in japan

Equipment rental was smooth and beginner-friendly. Instructors were patient (perfect if it’s your first time) Slopes were manageable — not too intimidating. If you’re traveling in Japan during winter and want something active but still aesthetic (because yes, the photos hit), this is 100% worth adding to your itinerary.

Had an enjoyable ski day today with our tour guide Yuan(袁).She is helpful with taking photos for all of us. She is very chatty and has a great personality. Skiiing while watching the spectacular Mt Fuji in the background is such an incredible experience.

experience: It was a great experience for our very first winter trip. Appropriate layering of clothing made us endure and enjoy the cold. The temp was around 3 deg C when we came but feels like -4degC. scenery: en route to tue ski resort we were already very lucky to see Mt Fuji clearly. the ski resort itself had a good view of mountains. guide: Our guide was Belle. on the night before the trip, she sent reminders on what to wear, what to bring, and where is the meet up place with clear directions and instructions. communication with her was in english and chinese. she was very accommodating and even took pictures for us and did a very cute video at the end of our trip as remembrance. thank you so much belle! transportation: bus was clean, on time, spacious. very efficient tokyo-fujiyama trip. good value for money. definitely a trip to remember. ski equipment: we did not take the skiing lessons we did sledding instead which was also fun.

Definitely a worth it tour, it a new experience that you should never missed when visiting Tokyo. Also I have to commend our tour guide, YUKI-san, for always being there when we need her the most. My friend first lost his ticket then another friend lost his iphone BUT with just one call Yuki-san was always there to assist. Further, she gave list of tips where to dine around Tokyo station and fun facts about Japan. After learning the basics if skiing, we will surely book this again for our next visit to Tokyo and i hope to see Yuki-san again. scenery:10 ski equipment:10 guide:10 experience:♾️

We booked a ski tour with Belle as our guide — a perfect first-time skiing experience for our family, including kids! Belle offered a great discount on ski clothes rental and kept it purely tour-focused (no sales pressure). She speaks excellent English and Mandarin, gave clear instructions, and provided a helping hand to make everything smooth and fun for our big group. The 2-3 hour bus rides were enjoyable thanks to her jokes, mini games, and useful tourist tips. Our coach Christ (fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese) shared basic ski techniques and prioritised everyone’s safety to prevent injuries. As group lessons, he couldn’t give individual slope guidance — especially for first-timers — but he did a solid job overall. Skiing suits ages 12+, so our under-9 kids didn’t love the slopes but had a blast in the snow play area and with shredders! Overall, a smooth, fun, and memorable family snow trip. Highly recommend for beginners and families — thank you Belle & Christ! ❄️⛷️

For kids and those who want to learn to ski, the place is quite okay. There wasn't any snow at that time, but Mt. Fuji was clearly visible. Our guide, Kate, was pretty good, and she can speak English and Chinese. Hopefully, there will be a Gotemba route too.

we had a great time doing the sledding and the view of Mt Fuji was so wonderful. we were also surprised that we were given the chance to go to Gotemba outlet (even if it’s not originally part of the itinerary). Our guide, Augustin, took a lot of nice pictures of us 👌❤️
