Tokyo Mount Fuji, Hakone Pirate Ship Full-Day Guided Tour

We like this package tour very much, very professional HIS, thank you very much for the local + very professional driver, thank you very much for the tour guide Sam who can speak Chinese and English + very considerate, we are very lucky to see the whole Mount Fuji, it's really We cruised the lake on a pirate ship, had a barbecue and ate all we could eat, sat on a snow basin and played on a snow slide. Behind us was the majestic Mount Fuji. We headed straight to the Hill Side of the Gotemba outlet. We were very grateful for this lucky and beautiful One day^^

Hassle-free experience. Ride was smooth although we felt it’s a bit rushed. The Hakone Pirate ship was a bit underwhelming . We were expecting have a good view of the Mt. Fuji during while on the ship but it was just views of the mountains. Lunch is super rushed - you get all-you-can eat but is limited to 1 hour only. This is same with the Gotemba stop. You only get 1 hour but the place is huge so make sure to know which stores you want to visit by the time you get there. Make sure to drop by Tully’s Cafe and Tea to get a majestic view of the Fuji. Even with the rushed itinerary, we were happy overall as we get to experience snow and see Mt. Fuji.

The trip was amazing! We were so lucky to see Mount Fuji so clearly. Our tour guide, Kun-san, was punctual, informative, and shared many interesting insights along the way. Mr. Morishita was also incredibly kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. Will definitely recommend this trip to my colleagues!

Good value for money as we were able to visit many places in one trip. Overall, everything was well-organized. However, it would be even better to allocate more time for the snow experience and the Gotemba Outlet. The transportation was comfortable, the driver was very kind, and the guide was helpful and professional. Overall, it was a great experience.

The trip was amazing. The timing was perfect: after a cruise on a One-Piece-styled ship, looking the Fuji -was a clear day!-, we went to a comfortable and typical restaurant to eat a delicious yakiniku in private rooms. Then spent 1 hour playing in the snow with sleights, to have 90' walking through the Outlet -it would have been more time if people were punctual during the other trip's parts. But the greatest part of the trip was NANA, our guide. She had a decent English, a lot of knowledges about Japan and a fantastic disposition. Hooray for Nana! Greetings from Spain!

It is my 1st time to try a tour guided trip around Japan. It is somehow convenient since you will be transported via bus. Bus was very clean and spacious. The whole tour was okay but time to go around is very limited as expected. I was a bit dissapointed with the Fujiyama part since there were no free sled to use. Also the unlimited beef lunch was a bit dissapointing because I ordered 3 plates of beef before the cut off time but was not provided to me. And they did not refill the rice anymore.

This tour was an amazing way to visit some of Japan’s top attractions in one day! The Hakone Pirate Ship cruise on Lake Ashi was breathtaking, offering stunning views and plenty of great photo opportunities. The all-you-can-eat yakiniku lunch was delicious. The shopping experience was fantastic, with a wide selection of brands and great discounts, plus extra coupons made it even better. The only downside was that the shopping time at Gotemba felt a bit short and rushed—I wish we had more time to explore all the stores. However, overall, the tour was well-organized and worth it. Highly recommend for those who want to see Hakone, Mount Fuji, and enjoy some shopping in one trip!
