Dne 29. května jsme navštívili hotel Harbour Grand Kowloon v Hung Hom, abychom si od 12:00 do 14:30 pochutnali na bohatém obědovém bufetu. Cena byla příznivá a odpovídala hodnotě. Výběr jídla byl obrovský, kvalita vynikající a spolehlivá a personál hotelu poskytoval skvělé služby. Již jsme zde byli několikrát a nikdy jsme neměli žádné výhrady. Měli jsme stůl blízko jídla, o což jsme požádali kvůli staršímu hostu, což usnadnilo nabírání pokrmů. Prostředí bylo příjemné, s velkými francouzskými okny, která propouštěla spoustu světla, i když klimatizace byla trochu slabší, což však nebyl žádný vážný problém. Co se týče jídla, mým velkým favoritem byla hovězí pečínka. Sashimi z lososa, chobotnice, čerstvé mušle i čerstvé krevety akami – vše bylo čerstvé. S dorty a dezerty jsme byli spokojeni. Příborů byl sice občas mírný nedostatků, ale byly velmi rychle doplňovány, zřejmě jen chvíli trvalo, než je kuchyně umyla a vyměnila. Celkově hodnotím tuto zkušenost pěti hvězdičkami a jsem plně spokojen.

Once the restaurant receives your Klook booking, they will email you to confirm your reservation, so you basically don't have to worry about not getting a table. The food is quite good, but the corkage fee of $350 is a bit expensive.

It was my birthday, so I came back to the Harbour Grand Hong Kong for their buffet. The environment here is spacious, and the staff are attentive and polite. There's a huge variety of desserts, including the classic molten chocolate cake, cheesecake, mango Napoleon, and 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream. What's really commendable is that every time I ask if I can have all 12 flavors at once, the staff always smile and say it's no problem; they never refuse the request. Plus, you can pair the ice cream with waffles or crepes, so anyone with a sweet tooth will be very happy here. Also, if you inform the staff in advance that it's your birthday, they'll provide a complimentary birthday cake.

Food Taste: The salad greens were fresh, the sashimi was flavorful, and the seafood was very fresh. There was a wide variety of food options. Service: The staff were warm and polite. I would recommend this to my friends from overseas. Restaurant Environment: I chose this restaurant because it was near my hotel. The restrooms were clean. Price: Reasonable. Booking through the Klook app was a great deal.

I was a bit worried about the taste and quantity since it was slightly cheaper than afternoon tea at other hotels, but my worries were completely unfounded! Everything was adorable and delicious! Also, the staff members were friendly and kind. They handled our order mistake flexibly and without any fuss. My family and I had a wonderful time and made some great memories.

Thank you to the restaurant for arranging for my friends and me (including 7 seniors) to be seated near the food stations. Four of my friends have September birthdays, and the restaurant thoughtfully provided four complimentary birthday cakes. My friends all commented on the high quality of the buffet food, especially the king crab legs and other chilled seafood, which were continuously replenished. The signature mango Napoleon dessert was also constantly supplied fresh. Overall, the food quality remained consistently above average, and with unlimited red and white wine, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. 🥳🥳👍👍

I really love the atmosphere and the restaurant's environment here, especially the window seats with a distant view of Hong Kong. It's perfect for taking photos with friends or family. The afternoon tea looks very appealing; the savory items are better than the sweet ones, but the portions are a bit small. I absolutely loved the complimentary champagne! The buffet restaurant offers beautiful sea views and comfortable seating, with a reasonable variety of food. However, the hot soup dishes were disappointingly cold, not hot. The male staff member who cleared plates and served ice cream and desserts had an excellent attitude. A major drawback, though, was that precisely at 9:30 PM, when the buffet was scheduled to end, most of the chefs and staff collectively made loud, clanging metal kitchenware and cutlery noises that everyone in the restaurant could hear! This method of clearing metal utensils and rapidly removing food made it seem as if guests were not allowed to stay even one second longer! It was quite startling and embarrassing for customers, almost as if they were being rushed out. All the guests, including a foreign family of three who had arrived late and only had an hour to dine, quickly got up and left the restaurant with me and other patrons. In all my years of frequently enjoying buffets at various hotels in Hong Kong, I have never encountered a hotel restaurant where, precisely at closing time, most of the chefs would display displeasure and deliberately create loud metallic noises, subtly hinting for guests to leave quickly. This was a rare and unsettling experience! Adding to this unpleasant experience, there was a huge, terrifying painting at the restaurant entrance when I left. The painting had a dark, somber tone, depicting only two expressionless men and a child staring directly at you, with terrifying, bottomless black eyes and no whites. It was incredibly eerie and disturbing! No wonder I had previously seen comments from guests saying their seats were in front of this giant painting. I couldn't understand why such a terrifying and unsettling painting of men and a child would be displayed at the entrance of a five-star hotel's high-end restaurant. Seeing this horrifying painting as I left only deepened the unpleasantness of this buffet experience!
