Tuto restauraci s bufetem jsem navštívil už dříve a zanechala ve mně dobrý dojem. Tentokrát jsem se s přáteli vrátil na rychlou návštěvu a byl jsem opět plný překvapení. Nejvíce mě zaujal čerstvě krájený steak ze svíčkové, který měl bohatou masovou chuť a byl dokonale upečený. V kombinaci s omáčkou to byl naprostý požitek. Sekce mořských plodů byla také velmi působivá – sněžný krab, mražené krevety a mušle byly všechny čerstvé a sladké. Zásoby byly rychle doplňovány, takže nebylo třeba se obávat. Sushi bylo také na vysoké úrovni, s čerstvými rybami a správně ochucenou rýží, takže jsem si nemohl pomoct a jedl jsem jeden kousek za druhým. Samozřejmě, že aktuální spolupráce s An Kee, která nabízí abalone, byla příjemným bonusem, ale i bez toho je základní nabídka tohoto bufetu dostatečně silná – svíčková, mořské plody a sushi jsou vynikající, a dezerty a teplá jídla také nejsou zanedbatelná. Tato rychlá návštěva trvala jen dvě hodiny a už jsem byl plný k prasknutí, ale rozhodně to stálo za to. Už jsem se s přáteli domluvil, že se brzy vrátíme!

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

For over twenty years since graduating from university, I have been a loyal supporter of Mandarin Oriental. Although the restaurant has undergone a slight renovation, it still maintains its classic and elegant style, with its original charm unchanged. The food quality continues to improve, with classic dishes consistently maintaining a high standard, and the signature Hainanese chicken rice being absolutely superb. The signature desserts, especially the chocolate series, are rich and outstanding. Mandarin Oriental's service has always been the best in Hong Kong, attentive and meticulous. During dinner this evening, I requested a table change because my seat was a bit chilly, and the manager promptly made excellent arrangements, demonstrating their dedication to hospitality. Thank you to the team for over twenty years of dedicated care. The taste, ambiance, and service have remained consistently excellent, and I will continue to be a long-term supporter. It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.
