Visiting the Forbidden City during Chinese New Year meant there were huge crowds. Despite that, the impression was a good one. The palace complex is very beautiful, and I enjoyed walking around the whole thing, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to the Hall of Treasures. Guidebooks said that two hours is enough to see it, but in reality, I spent about 3.5 hours. If you want to see the entire complex, the clock gallery, and the Hall of Treasures, I recommend allowing more time.

as usual its easy to book in klook & easy access to the park,, although it was busy day but the line was smooth i enjoyed playing in all rides,, but the only problem was the shows & harry potter/ minions in Chinese language there is no English subtitle

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall! Everything was very well organized from pickup to drop-off, and the transportation was comfortable and on time.

The Summer Palace was beautiful! Our tourguide Wendy was very fluent in English, and she was very friendly! A very sweet lady indeed. She has a lot of information to share about the Summer Palace, and she knows a lot of less crowded spots to take pictures. She can definitely set you up with a nice background. We highly recommend her, and don’t be shy to exchange your travel stories with her too!

Pop Land theme park is a wonderland for kids and fun for adults too. Loved the free passport souvenir that you can collect stamps in. The Tomahawk steak menu set in Molly’s ballroom restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately the rides were still under construction and I hope they can develop more of the grounds in the future.

One-day tour to Mutianyu Great Wall, ascending by chairlift and descending by toboggan. Stop for a buffet lunch (additional 80 yuan per person). Continue by car to the Summer Palace, where the guide will provide explanations throughout. At the Great Wall, the guide will drop you off at the entrance, allowing you to explore on your own and return to the meeting point. Arrive back in the city around 5 PM. Overall, excellent value.

Overall, the Mutianyu tour was smooth and enjoyable. Transport and itinerary were well arranged.
However, there was a coordination issue. We arrived early at Exit C (7:06am), stayed in contact with the tour team, and waited as instructed. The tour guide had already arrived but was waiting at the upper area with a small orange flag, not at Exit C as shown in the meeting photo. She did not inform us the bus had arrived and did not look for us. We only discovered this ourselves at 7:35am and had to cross the road and walk a distance to the bus, making us among the last to board despite being punctual.
We also felt uncomfortable being told that everyone must give a good review on Klook. Good service should naturally earn good reviews.
Other parts of the tour were smooth. We hope the company improves communication and meeting point coordination in the future.
