- Adult ticket: Age: 18 years or older (eligibility is based on the traveler's age on the day of travel, calculated according to the date of birth).
- Student Ticket (Non-Mainland Chinese Tourists): Age: 6 years old and above, 18 years old or below (eligibility is based on the traveler's age on the day of travel, calculated according to the date of birth). For students aged 18 to 25 (inclusive) who are enrolled in undergraduate programs or below (excluding adult education institutions), tickets can be purchased with valid identification, and a student ID must be presented during ticket inspection.
Additional information
- Expenses do not include: costs for projects such as slides and ropeways within the scenic area.
- You must carry your valid identification document when traveling to use it.
- Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area implements real-name reservation and ticket purchase. Visitors need to scan the QR code or present a valid Chinese mainland ID card registered during ticket reservation upon arrival at the scenic area for admission. Visitors who are unable to enter the park due to not carrying a Chinese mainland ID card or other reasons must leave on their own.
- The round trip from the service area to the scenic area is 6 kilometers. It is recommended to take the scenic shuttle bus.
- This ticket must be used once and cannot be split; partial refunds are not supported.

Flower was an amazing & responsible guide! Ensured communications were clear and she was very meticulous with a big group. Suggestions: there’s a lot of time given to explore so please do both the East and West, with the cable car and chair lift and tobanggan. It’s definitely an experience. Tobanggan only for those below 60 years old. You can add on the east or west option for 140CNY per pax. Flower will guide you with that so just book it through her on the bus. Do bring your passport for this trip, it’ll be so helpful. Otherwise the Great Wall is so dreamy and majestic!

we arrived around 8am and it was the perfect time. it was a great experience to visit the great wall. I highly suggest to do cable car both ways. Taking tobogan for the experience was exhausting plus the line was too long! we took lots of photos and copied poses of other guests. this is a must visit when in Beijing. Do this on you first whole day of the trip.

They contact you the day before to confirm the meeting point and provide punctual pick-up, letting us enjoy a worry-free five-hour tour. The guide recommended adding the "cable car up the mountain, toboggan down" activity, which was a worthwhile experience (though a little thrilling 😅).

Booking this Mutianyu Great Wall package was incredibly smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. I loved having the entrance ticket, shuttle bus, and chairlift all combined into one simple booking.
When I arrived at the scenic area, scanning my mobile voucher was quick and easy. I was able to bypass the long ticket queues completely. The shuttle bus pick-up point was simple to find, and hopping straight onto the chairlift saved so much time and leg energy for hiking the wall itself.
The whole process was crystal clear, well-organized, and very easy to navigate even on my first visit. It made my entire day completely stress-free.

Absolutely loved this! Flower was amazing and she made the day easy and stress free. She made sure we knew where we where going, what side of the wall we wanted to see and also gave us the opportunity to add the opposite side as well. Flower told us where the best photo opportunities where and the differences between the Sky Lift and the Cable Car so you can have a better idea about what side you want to explore. At the end, she made sure we where well looked after and fed. I’d highly recommend Flower and this tour - Complete Hero’s Pass it’s brilliant!

Thumbs up for our tour guide Mr Michael. if you don’t booked the lunch no problem Michael can recommend good lunch eatery, if you don’t booked the Lift chair up + Toboggan down no problem Michael can help you booked. if you don’t have WeChat or Alipay no problem you can pay Michael cash and he can booked for you. Best is to get the Cable Car & Lift Chair Up + Taboggan Down . Definitely you love it
