Perhaps because we were with guide Seiga Kanazawa, whenever we got on and off the bus the sun would come out, or the rain would stop—she was truly a weather fairy 🌞. On the bus, she gave great explanations about Japanese history and shared many useful stories, including proper etiquette for the various locations. 😀 She took wonderful photos at every attraction, so I got some shots of a lifetime. I was quite disappointed that it was supposed to keep raining all week during our trip, but thanks to guide Seiga Kanazawa, we laughed a lot and had a wonderful time. Thank you. 😊

Tommy was a great tour guide, always willing to lend a helping hand. unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best the day we came, but still had a good time looking at all the beautiful sites. Would definitely recommend this tour!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best the day we went, but other than that I enjoyed the tour! Our tour guide Jack was extremely friendly, patient & had so much insight and facts to tell us on the drive. And the views were also incredible, even with the rain & fog/clouds.

The tour guide (Virginia) was incredible!!!! She was always looking after everyone in the tour. She also explained in detail all the different points of interests, locations, and she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this tour. it is totally worth it, you won’t regret it!! | ¡¡¡La guía turística (Virginia) fue increíble!!! Estuvo siempre pendiente de todos los integrantes del grupo. Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

Very good trip but schedule is a bit tight, smooth ride with very friendly and supportive tour guide. Meeting point location is a bit confusing with all the name of the places mixed up on the brochure. Best to scan the QR code for location and try to get there early.

Had an amazing time especially because the tour group was small. Really appreciated our guide taking the time to explain and get us to Mount Fuji early and take so many photos for me and my wife. The outlets had so many good items and there were so many mesmerizing views.

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team
