- Children aged 0-5 can enter free of charge
- Adult: Age 13+
- Child: Age 6-12
- After your ticket is validated, it's good for two days. Please note that each facility allows one entry per day
- KawaZoo and iZoo are about an 18-minute drive (11km) apart. Please arrange your own transportation between them
- Please exchange your voucher for a ticket at the ticket counter before the last admission time on your specified date
- This voucher cannot be used along with other coupons
- Please refrain from bringing pets. (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are exceptions.)
- Entry and usage may be restricted depending on the crowd situation
- Flash photography is prohibited in some areas
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the zoo, including the parking area. A designated smoking area is available
- Do not touch any animals without permission or without a “Touch OK” sign and follow the staff’s instructions
- Always wash your hands thoroughly after touching animals
- Do not chase, tease, or hit the animals or bang on the tanks
- Do not move or remove any animals or plants displayed or living in the park
- Be aware that animals may bite at any time; please interact with them understanding this risk. The zoo is not responsible for any accidents
- The park houses many reptiles, amphibians, and dangerous animals. Pets are not allowed to enter as they may become agitated. Specially trained guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed; please display that they are assistance dogs as per the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons
- iZoo has many steps and stairs. Please note this if you use a wheelchair or stroller
- Advance tickets do not grant priority entry. During busy times, you will still need to line up and exchange your ticket for a common admission ticket
- There is no specified order for visiting iZoo or KawaZoo. A common admission ticket will be provided at the first facility you visit
- Preschool children enter for free
- Please note that starting Tuesday, July 15, 2025, parking at iZoo will require a fee. Parking at KawaZoo will continue to be free of charge

- (KawaZoo) Parking: Paid starting March 1, 2026
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

It features over 120 species and 2,000 frogs from around the world, ranging from rare species to familiar ones. It is the sister facility to the interactive animal park iZoo located in the southern part of the same town. By keeping some of the frogs in outdoor enclosures, visitors can observe their natural behaviors and colors throughout the year, recreating environments where frogs can display their natural hues. Additionally, 90% of the facility features all-weather indoor exhibits, so visitors can enjoy their visit even on rainy days.
