Joe our tour guide was so knowledgeable and very friendly. i recommend a tour with Joe is a great start for tourists first time to Japan. Joe made everything easy, which made our market experience fun. No stress. Thanx Joe!
Our guide Brendan was brilliant! He offered considerable historical knowledge, took our group of 7 to free & paid tastings of seafood, wagyu beef, bar ‘eats/nibbles’ & icecream while visiting Tsukiji Market & Hoganji Temple & provided thoughtful assistance to everyone
Brendan was a great guide - very knowledgeable and friendly. he had lots of local knowledge about the area and the food there. We really enjoyed this tour - nice selection of stalls visited. Very tasty!
We really enjoyed the food tour with Haydn and Akira. They shared on the history and culture of various landmarks, while introducing the best food to us. I learned to appreciate the types and varieties food in the market, and enjoyed many delicacies. Highly recommend a try!
Worth every penny! this was a great tour. our guide, Joes, was personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. all the food we had was so delicious. the fatty tuna an wagyu sampler were our favorites! I suggest bringing small bills at least 10,000 yen and a lot of water. also good walking shoes!
the tour was wonderful. very informative and all the food we had was so yummy. it was really nice to be able to try things I normally would not try and it was surprising how much we loved! our guide was always concerned making sure we had enough food and got what we wanted.
We had a fab time with Rie (not Rei)! She took us to places that local people frequent & to the best places, especially the tuna place which is beside Sushizanmai (best tuna sashimi!) & the sake tasting. You just have to pay for food you'd like to try, she will just recommend the best ones. :-D
We had Tom as our tour guide today! He was very helpful in guiding and helping us through the market. My brother and I had a very enjoyable time.
Rie & Thiery were amazing from the very beginning! We got a bit lost on the way to the tour and were running late and they made sure we ended up with our group, which we really appreciated. Rie gave us so much good history and info on things we didn’t even know to question, the food stops were also very good. The waygu was incredible.
Joe was an excellent guide! Easy to understand, great attitude and showed us so many interesting foods in the market. The rain did not slow us down one bit!
