(1.)Exit Disneyland: Walk straight (~100m) on the red brick path toward the Disneyland Hotel. (2.)Turn Left: At the hotel entrance, turn left (stay outside the hotel). (3.)Follow the Fence: Walk straight with the green shrub fence on your right. (4.)Under the Overpass: Keep walking straight, passing under the gray overpass. (5.)To the Parking Lot: Once past the overpass, turn right toward the multi-story parking garage (gray building with arched windows). (6.)Contact Driver: When you reach the open area in front of the garage pillars, contact your driver to find the car.

(1.)Exit DisneySea: Turn left immediately. (2.)The Tree: Walk straight (~10m) toward the large tree (marked in green). (3.)Around the Building: Go around the left side of the tree toward the back of the building. (4.)The Entrance: Enter the shuttle parking lot (marked in blue). (5.)Contact Driver: Once inside the lot, message/call your driver to find the specific vehicle.

Booking Requirements

Free child seats are not provided. A maximum of one paid child seat is allowed per vehicle.
Child seats occupy 1.5 seats.
Drivers only speak basic English. Offline customer service is available in English. Please contact the number indicated on your voucher if necessary.
Additional waiting time must be notified to the driver in advance and is subject to availability. The driver may leave immediately after exceeding the free waiting time.
