Other Reminders

• You cannot eat when experiencing wearing a kimono.
• The kimono experience is 3 hours, not including hairstyling and makeup. If you need to wear the kimono for the entire duration, you can pay 1280 JPY per person on site! We will send you a simple kimono updo video in advance to help you DIY your hairstyle!
• Kimono is not picky about body shape; children over 3 years old to adults weighing under 100 kg can all wear it, allowing for a better experience of Japanese clothing culture!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
