Mount Fuji Photo Check-in & Lake Yamanaka Sumo Performance Day Tour (Departing from Tokyo/Chinese & English Service)

Mount Fuji Sumo Performance is closed every Monday and Tuesday. Starting from 7/14, the closure days will change from Monday and Tuesday to Sunday and Monday. If the performance is canceled due to weather, it will be changed to an indoor tour or canceled entirely.

During peak travel times in Japan, especially on weekends and public holidays (particularly around Obon Festival, August 13-16), traffic jams are common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring light meals and power banks. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience.

• We will contact guests via email before 18:00 on the day before departure to provide information about the guide and vehicle for the next day. Please check promptly. During peak season, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, please check your email for reminders.
• Due to Japanese legal regulations, vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. The guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual travel situation on the day. Please be aware of this.
• Please be aware: As this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid temporary changes. If you change the meeting point due to personal reasons and are unable to board the vehicle, no refund will be given. We appreciate your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared car tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the guide's coordination on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may, without prior notice, delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some rides and performances.
• This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the guide may, based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions in the itinerary.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. You cannot specify the vehicle type.
• During a group tour, you cannot leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered as self-abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. Travelers will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or separating from the group. We appreciate your understanding.
• Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. If the flower season or special activities do not meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks. Travelers are advised to register cautiously based on their health conditions.

If the itinerary is forced to be suspended after departure due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be given, and travelers will need to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.
