Standard chartered car service time: 10 hours. *If picking up or dropping off in different locations (e.g., Mount Fuji, Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, empty car time will be reserved according to actual arrangements, and pick-up, drop-off is not possible beyond the scope.
Chartered car overtime service fee (under 10 seats JPY5000 per hour, 14 seats and above JPY10000 per hour)
For private chartered car guests customizing their itinerary, the Mount Fuji 5th Station ascent fee is approximately 2800 to 6400 JPY (depending on the vehicle type).
Chartered car inter-regional service fee (e.g., simultaneously visiting Mount Fuji area and Hakone area)
The chartered car journey exceeds 300 kilometers. An additional mileage fee of JPY400 per kilometer is required.

- Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Booking changes policy

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
