Other Reminders
- The weather in the Mount Fuji area is changeable, and the itinerary does not guarantee a view of Mount Fuji. However, fortunately, this itinerary offers optional kimono and sumo experiences, so even if you can't see Mount Fuji, you can still experience Japanese culture beyond its natural scenery.
- The kimono package, due to time constraints, does not include hairstyling and makeup. We will send you a simple kimono hairstyle DIY video in advance for you to learn. For makeup, please do it yourself or bring your own cosmetics for a simple look after wearing the kimono. The kimono experience is only available in the Lake Yamanaka scenic area. If you wish to wear the kimono for the entire duration, an additional fee of 1280 JPY is required (approximately 120 minutes stay in the Lake Yamanaka scenic area). Please return the kimono before proceeding to the next attraction. You cannot eat while wearing the kimono, but you can drink beverages.
- This itinerary focuses on freedom and flexibility, allowing every family member to choose what they like, or even pay on-site for options. Wearing kimonos, watching sumo, making matcha, and swan boats are all available.
- Traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays in Japan, and travel times will be longer. The long holidays in Japan in the fourth quarter of 2026 are September 21-23, October 12, November 3, and November 23. Please be cautious on the above dates.
