It is an important place to face history and think about war and peace. Peace Park: Located next to the museum, it is centered on the famous “Peace Statue”. The park has a quiet and solemn atmosphere, and a peace memorial ceremony is held here every year, expressing condolences to the dead and deep prayers for permanent world peace.
Glover Garden It is Japan’s oldest wooden Western-style building group. This used to be a residential area for foreign merchants, and retains many historical buildings, including the famous Glover House. The park is full of greenery and offers a beautiful view of Nagasaki Port, allowing you to experience the unique historical atmosphere where Eastern and Western cultures converged during the Meiji era.
