Fantastic 5.0
Everything in the itinerary was followed. Timing was punctual for the bus transfer. Exchanging the paper voucher in the theme park was a breeze. The theme park was so big, be prepared to tire your feet. Not much people so no long queue for the rides. The illumination was the last attraction to be witnessed. No longer the fireworks, which start past 8pm.

Our itinerary for this trip was: starting from Tenjin city center ➡️ Itoshima Hana Shio Pudding ➡️ Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) at Futamigaura ➡️ Tsukamoto Fish Market ➡️ Miyajidake Shrine ➡️ Munakata Shrine. The driver was very thoughtful! His service attitude was incredibly friendly! He even recommended a delicious seafood restaurant, which my family also thoroughly enjoyed 👍🏽 The car was clean and tidy, and the entire journey went smoothly and perfectly 💯

We joined the Saga day tour today, and it rained heavily in the morning, but thankfully it stopped by the afternoon when we reached the attractions, allowing us to take photos smoothly. Our tour guide was excellent, providing detailed explanations at each stop and even helping us take pictures. We are very grateful to her and look forward to joining another one-day tour with your company in the future.

one of my bucket list that came true. Having the european vibes in nagasaki. the place is too large but i think one day is enough to explore the place just dowload the app so you have a guide which part you want to go or rides that you want to try. 1st week of april is still cold esp.in afternoon till night despite the strong rays of sun but its kinda windy and cold. only few of sakura and tulips were in a beautiful state some were dried and withered. so they replace another batch of flower in season.

Fantastic 5.0
We had a 13-person family trip spanning three generations. Since it was a self-guided tour, the driver was so important. We would have been grateful even if they just drove since they weren't a tour guide, but they were extremely punctual and seasoned veterans of the tourist spots, which made our trip so comfortable. We felt like we won an award for filial piety, and if we ever get the chance, we would really love to see them again. We are extremely satisfied.

Room is considered big size in Japan and very comfortable. a sheot walking distance to the JR station and to the theme park. there are convenience stores within the hotel premises as well.

Fantastic 5.0
The room was spacious, and the facilities and amenities were clean. The environment felt very upscale. The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and four espresso pods. The next morning, we decided to pay for the buffet breakfast, which cost around HK$160, but the food quality was a bit disappointing. Eating convenience store food would have been tastier and more cost-effective.

Convenient Transportation: You can send your luggage to the hotel before entering the park, which is very convenient. After entering the park, you can take a boat and disembark near the hotel, or take a bus to the entrance. The hotel is located in the middle of the park, making it very convenient to return to your room to rest after an evening of fun.

Fantastic 5.0
The hotel is great, but foreign tourists with large luggage should carefully consider their options before booking. I initially thought that not having an elevator and only needing to carry luggage to the second floor wouldn't be a big deal, especially since staying one night includes park admission for the next day, which saves a lot. However, on the day we entered the park, we encountered a heavy downpour. Although we were lucky enough to get directly on the shuttle from the park entrance to the hotel, and the hotel staff quickly came out to greet us and offer towels, which was very thoughtful, after checking in, I discovered another challenge: there was no covered walkway from the lobby to Building D, where I was staying, and no covered walkway for carrying luggage from the first to the second floor. It was just a disaster. For breakfast, it's similar to Subway, with various toppings. Each person chooses one bread and one meat, and then you can add other toppings as you like. You can eat it there or take it to go. There are also coffee, drinks, yogurt, etc. I found it to be plenty and delicious. In summary, if you don't have large luggage or if it's not raining, this is an excellent choice. The shuttle service runs more frequently on weekends, but walking is also manageable.

What to know before visiting Sasebo

Quick Sasebo snapshot and main things to do

Sasebo’s top bookings on Klook are led by theme parks, followed by tours and cruises, so the city suits families and travelers who enjoy outdoor attractions and short sea trips. Demand across the year has clear highs in January and quieter stretches in late summer and early autumn, giving the city a rhythmic tourism calendar.

Best months to visit and how prices move

Klook booking data shows demand peaks in January while August is the trough, with demand tapering off through the summer and rebounding toward the end of the year. Prices, however, are not highest when demand is highest: Klook’s price series indicates the priciest month is August while the typically cheapest month is April, and prices drift down modestly from late summer into spring. For lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for April or the quieter late-summer months; for a peak-season atmosphere choose January when demand is strongest.

Travel tips for travellers from Global

Most travellers book about nine days ahead on Klook, with early planners booking around three weeks out and some last-minute options available a day before travel. If you prefer flexibility, many Sasebo experiences — especially cruises and theme-park visits — still allow short-notice bookings, but planning a week or two ahead helps secure preferred dates during January’s peak. Use Klook to compare available dates and times so you can match lower-price months or peak atmospheres to your travel style.
