What to expect
[Owakudani] Volcanic activity has created a large number of fumaroles and sulfurous hot springs. The air is filled with the smell of sulfur, and the ground is steaming, giving people a shocking feeling of being inside the earth. Owakudani’s specialty is “black eggs”, which are boiled in hot spring water. The eggshell turns black due to the sulfur reaction. [Hakone Shrine] Founded in 757 AD (Nara period) by Monk Mangan, it is one of the Kanto Sochinju shrines. The shrine is located on the shore of Lake Ashi and is surrounded by dense cedar forests. It is famous for praying for good luck, warding off evil, traffic safety, and marriage. [Arakurayama Sengen Park] Located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, it is a famous park known for its excellent views of Mount Fuji and its beautiful scenery that varies with the seasons. The most famous attraction in the park is the five-storied pagoda, which complements the magnificent view of Mount Fuji and is a must-see for photography enthusiasts. [Lawson] The Instagram-famous Lawson convenience store at the foot of Mount Fuji has its own composition and is a popular mobile wallpaper. Easily get Japanese-style lazy vibes in your photos. [Oishi Park on Lake Kawaguchi] Stunning views of Mount Fuji and the lake, every shot is a wallpaper-worthy photo! When you come to the Mount Fuji area, you must not miss Oishi Park! Here, you can not only enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Fuji reflected in Lake Kawaguchi, but also the scenery of the four seasons is different: spring cherry blossoms, summer flowers, autumn leaves, and winter snow. There are different surprises no matter when you come! [Tenkei Town. Hikawa Clock Shop] Hikawa Clock Shop is located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is a famous spot at the foot of Mount Fuji, known for its unique Japanese street scene and the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji.

TOMMY WAS AMAZING!!! tour was so beautiful, and we were extremely lucky to see my Fuji at its best!! extremely grateful for Tommy our tour guide, looking out for us and making sure we experienced the tour in its fullest!! amazing trip!
My sister and I booked this trip today and we were amazed by the view of Mt. Fuji for almost the entire trip! We were worried that we wont see it since it was cloudy and raining when we reached Hakone Shrine. Our tour guide, Sarina, informed us that the Pirate Ship ride was cancelled due to the bad weather. But everything went really well as soon as we reached Uwakudani, famous for its sulfuric fumes and black eggs. This is where we first had a glance of Mt. Fuji. We see this stunning mountain for the rest of our trip ( Lawson Store, Arakurayama Sengen Park and Hikawa Clock Shop). So we really took a lot of pictures! Kudos to our very efficiend and kind tour guide for making this trip comfortable and memorable! Thank you!
We had a wonderful day trip with Serena! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We visited some amazing places including Mt. Fuji, the famous convenience store photo spot (she smartly suggested Seven 11 instead of the crowded Lawson), the beautiful pagoda viewpoint, Hakone, and even experienced the ropeway. Every stop was well-paced and thoughtfully planned. What really stood out was how she went the extra mile for us—she helped us get onto the Pirate Ship as well, even though it wasn’t included in our Klook tour. That truly made our day extra special. Overall, Serena is sweet, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your trip memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable day trip!
Jam packed day and a great way to see Mt Fuji from multiple locations. Selina was a great guide and ensured everyone was on time. minimal time for lunch but appreciated the time limits due to sakura season
If you’re looking for an itinerary that covers a lot (Hakone, Pirate ship, Cable car, Owakudani, Lawson/7-Eleven, Kikawa Clock shop, Arakurayama Sengen Park), this day trip is for you. It’s the best bang for your buck. We had to pay for pirate ship ride but that’s okay (1700 yen per person) totally worth the scenery and boat ride. You’re on vacation and you only live once. Our tour guide was Serina; she did an awesome job guiding close to 50 people and did really well on schedule. Be prepared for a long day; it’s worth it. Thank you, Serina, for the superb day and for taking pictures of us.
Serina was very patient with us, we needed to make an extra stop on our own (to a biscuit shop nearby) at Motohakone-ko after alighting the pirate ship and she was very flexible, allowed us to venture on our own as long as we gathered back on time. We were lucky enough to catch the tip of Mount Fuji at our last stop. My niece and I really enjoyed the trip and thank you so much for guiding us!
Our guide Serina was very kind and communicative. She was very patient with the group and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time, she even got us onto the pirate boat at Hakone despite it not being on the listing! Im glad we got to experience this day trip and see Mt. Fuji. I would definitely recommend booking to anyone looking for a fun day trip!
Tommy was incredible! He’s very active in the group chat he created, which helped us get around (and stay on schedule) with ease! He was so kind and communicative. He was also very fun! Even though the weather wasn’t the best, and we couldn’t see Fuji, he made it an amazing day to remember. Having the schedule also include Hakone and the sulfur eggs was a huge plus so the cloudy weather didn’t make the whole tour a bummer!
Very enjoyable day. Great views of Mount Fuji and a good variety of places to visit. Tommy was a good guide, communicating clearly on times and places to meet, and keeping the agenda flexible and on time. Highly recommended tour.
Amazing experience would 100% recommend! My fiancé & I had an amazing time & we visited plenty of great photo spots! Tommy was an awesome guide that made the trip even better. I’d reccomend bringing a neck pillow as the bus journey can be long & you can leave belongings on the bus whilst you’re out adventuring!
