Tokyo Departure: Car Rental with Driver to Tokyo/Yokohama/Kamakura - English-speaking Driver

enjoy the day to kamakura as itinerary was customised and in accordance to my family’s request. pick up from the hotel and dropped off at our requested dinner place. driver offered advice to ensure we meet the reservation timing. thank you for the day!

Driver was friendly and accomodate to my requests. Good recommendation for our breakfast and lunch! However the car seats were so wet that our pants were soaked. Informed the driver and he did lay down some papers for us.

We had a wonderful day today to explore the sights of Tokyo city without driver David. David was very polite and punctual in terms of pick up and drop off at each location. We had the flexibility to customise our own itinerary which was all accommodated by our driver David. overall we are very happy with this customised tour.

Our experience with driver Zhang was great! He reached out the day before to confirm pick up and route, was here early, drove us safely to our destination, and also communicated a meeting time so that we could get back in time. We would use this service again!

We loved that we booked the 5h tokyo driver. it saved us so much time and was so convenient. It was easy to communicate with the driver via whatsapp. He was always on time and always got us to our next destination safely. We had a large party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) so it was great we could travel all together. Booking this driver probably saved us at least 3 hours of transit on the subway and walking. Not only that but it was so nice not needing to lug shopping bags and luggage. Will book again in the future!

I was very impressed. The driver was polite and helped me with my luggage, both getting it into and out of the vehicle. He also helped me check my flight and dropped me off at the correct terminal. On the last day of a trip, luggage can be very heavy and plentiful. Taking a train or bus would have been very difficult. I recommend using a van service to pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and take you sightseeing all day without any hassle regarding your belongings. After sightseeing, you can then be dropped off at the airport, ending your trip without feeling tired on the last day.

Iykumi was fantastic. She admitted she hadn't done the route we asked for, but researched it and if she hadn't told us we would have never known. We even changed some of our travel plans and when we came back from one of our stops, Iykumi had it all planned for us. She was very attentive and anticipated our needs and communicated well throughout the day. I surely hope that when we come back we can request her again. It was a great experience and this is the way to travel for certain.

Park was our private driver with Ansu Travel for a “customized trip” to the Kawaguchi/Mt Fuji area. He contacted us via WhatsApp and met us promptly at pick up. (Read on some reviews about unexpected additional fees at the end so clarified at the beginning about notifying us prior to reason of charge. We encountered none.) Our experience with Park provided a comfortable, fun, and enjoyable girls trip in the Kawaguchi area.

Driver was great, very accomodating, and kept in contact the entire time. Would recommend to anyone from the states to pay for a private driver through klook. App was easy to use and driver was exceptional.
