Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from Tokyo to Chiba , and so on. Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes fuel fees, insurance, and luggage allowance . Additional costs may include admission tickets, toll fees, parking fees,overtime, meals…and so on.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
- We do provide the multi-day service and it may require additional fees, such as lodging and meals for the driver.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via email or a messaging app

- Group of 9 passenger(s) and 9 piece(s) of standard sized luggage
- Service Duration: 10 hours. For trips ending in a different location, the duration is 8 hours (2 hours allocated for the driver’s return)
- Charter service hours are from 07:30 to 22:00, with the latest departure time at 14:00
- Maximum mileage of 300km per day
- The airport pick-up service is free of charge for 90 minutes based on the flight landing time. If the free waiting time is exceeded, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for 1-20 minutes and 4,000 yen for 31-60 minutes (payable to the driver)
- An additional fee of 2,000 yen is required to enter the airport with a sign (payable to the driver)
- Overtime fee: JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes for both 7-seater and 9-seater vehicles (any duration within 30 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes).

Mr. Ueno was very friendly and treated us with respect. We enjoyed chatting with him during the ride. The car was clean and comfortable, and he even bought us warm drinks in the cold weather, which was a nice surprise. On the way back to the hotel, he also introduced some places along the route. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Our driver, Li Xuzhe sent a message a day before our trip to remind us of the time he’ll be arriving at the hotel. He’s polite, kind and a good driver.
