The information provided by the service platform was confusing and the travel destination was wrong. Fortunately, the departure day did not affect the original itinerary. Regarding accommodation at Fujiyama Hot Spring Hotel, the hotel facilities, rooms are old and there is no wi-fi. I would like to praise the driver tour guide Mr. Wang for providing quality service to customers.

The hotel that day was really too bad, too old, and the service was very poor. We were the only group in the entire hotel (there were only 4 people in our group). There is something really wrong with the hotel. I also asked customer service to follow up, but I waited for 3 hours in vain with no response at all!
