We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Jenny was fantastic, super friendly, funny and enthusiastic about every place we went. It was really well organised and expertly timed. It’s a fast-paced trip but that really maximises how much you get to see in one day. It rained, but everywhere was still beautiful regardless. You will not regret seeing this side of Hokkaido!

Even though it rained in the morning, I had a memorable day. The flower farms were all in beautiful bloom and very crowded with tourists. Thank you, tour guide Andy, for your dedication and thoughtfulness.

Tour Guide James is a very nice guy, very funny and very helpful. Since the group of tourists are from different countries, I guess people are generally respectful of everyone’s space & culture…. and thisnis why the bus did not react much to his jokes.

The guide Aoki and her partner spoke perfect English, Japanese, Chinese. Not only did they bring you to the best areas in each attraction, they also helped with whatever photo taking things you needed. Excellent guidance and photos !! 10/10 would recommend they made the whole experince fun and entertaining.

We had such a wonderful day exploring Furano and Biei with James! From the moment the tour started, he made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He was friendly, patient, and shared interesting stories and tips along the way without making it feel like a lecture. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and thanks to James, everything went smoothly so we could simply relax and enjoy every stop. You can really tell he enjoys what he does, and that made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, James, for making our trip so enjoyable. Andy was a superb tour guide and we were impressed by his ability to communicate in multiple languages. he answered all my questions and provided a magnificent tour showcasing the flowers, lakes and waterfalls in Hokkaido.

Affordable and convenient way to visit Biei and Furano attraction for a day. Tour guide James and driver are excellent in their job. Beside sharing various attraction information and shopping tips, James even went the extra mile in helping us order our lunch in advance and ensuring everyone received their lunch order at the restaurant. Highly recommended tour!!!

The tour moves at a fast pace, so it’s more like an introduction to each location. It gives you a chance to see different places and decide which ones you’d like to come back to and spend more time exploring on your next visit. Our tour guide, Jenny, was excellent. She explained everything in three languages throughout the tour, which was very impressive and made the experience enjoyable for everyone. As for the sweet melon, it wasn’t like candy or dessert. It was just a regular sweet melon, similar to the ones we have in my home country.

Our tour guide James was wonderful, and it was so impressive to hear him say everything in three languages. He ran everything really well and had shared a lot about the places we visited. I got to feed the alpacas at Shikisai no oka which was an absolute highlight. The colourful flower fields were just beginning to bloom so it wasn't as colourful as it could have been, but I didn't mind and the fields and countryside were still breathtaking. The lavender at Tomita farm was gorgeous, just an absolute sea of it! And the lavender ice cream there was the best ice cream I've ever had. Overall it was a great trip and great value for the cost. It was hard not to feel a little rushed at times, but that's pretty much unavoidable to see everything in a day, and it was so much more convenient than having to figure out public transit.
