Service: They knew it was close to my birthday from my passport and gave me a birthday sticker! They asked if I had any questions, and even though I didn't know what to ask, they patiently explained everything using a translator. If you go to check in around 3 PM, it might be less crowded, and they might be able to explain things more thoroughly! There might be individual differences, but personally, I found the food here to be more to my liking and quite delicious compared to what's inside the park! I'll definitely be back for the 15th anniversary! Thank you very much!

This accommodation is truly the best. First, the airport pickup and drop-off, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland and the Bund are excellent. I also added breakfast on-site because I heard it was delicious. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The Hami melon was really tasty. Also, the skewer truck right in front of the hotel entrance is affordable and delicious. Inside the hotel entrance, there's a FamilyMart, another convenience store, and a few restaurants. It's also great that the mini-bar in the room is free. I didn't get to try it, but I like that they offer porridge until 11 PM. I plan to stay here again next time.

We stayed here for 2 of our 4 nights at Shanghai Disney Hotel and wish we had stayed for all 4. This hotel is a true Disney bubble hotel unlike the budget friendly Toy Story from our first 2 nights. The rooms were great, big clean with a view of the lake and park. Food for breakfast and dinner was a buffet affair with great options for all. Booking with Klook was painless and we just showed our booking to the check-in staff who bound the details to the Disney app for us, couldn't have been easier.

The room condition was good and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also decent. Most of all, having a free shuttle bus was the most convenient.

It was very clean and spacious, and although breakfast was the same every day, it was a satisfying mini-buffet. The plumbing was fine, and the hairdryer had strong airflow. Housekeeping came daily and never touched my belongings. The reception staff spoke English. The city center was a bit far, but taking a taxi made it easy, and the bus to the airport followed by a train was also a good option. Within a 5-minute walk, there were many restaurants and a convenience store. Above all, I was happy to return to this hotel; it's no exaggeration to say that this hotel made my trip so much better! Also, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear voices, but they provided earplugs, which showed great consideration.

Ang hotel na ito ay talagang tumutugma sa mga review, madali itong ang pinakamahusay na hotel sa China sa aking opinyon. Maganda ang bawat sulok nito, mahusay ang serbisyo, may mga dagdag na benepisyo, at tinulungan pa akong ayusin ang transportasyon. Bagama't medyo malayo ito sa sentro ng ingay at dami ng tao, malapit naman ito sa North Bund. Ang amoy ng hotel ang pinakamaganda at nakamamangha.

Due to the typhoon, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day. The same room type wasn't available for consecutive nights, so we chose a different room type. However, upon check-in, they were able to give us the same room type and even upgraded us! I'm extremely grateful. Some of the front desk staff speak Japanese, and for those who don't speak English, they have translation devices, so I don't think there will be any issues at all. I usually choose hotels within walking distance of Disney parks, but I really liked this hotel right in front of the station, so it might become my regular place to stay.

This was my second stay at the Yujing Grand Hotel. This time, I needed to find a hotel last minute because my flight was canceled due to a typhoon, and the Yujing Grand Hotel came to mind. The price is reasonable, the subway is right outside, and there's a delicious savory pastry shop and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea nearby. The only downside is that you have to go to the first floor to pick up food deliveries. The room facilities are complete, and the overall stay was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
