Great hotel, theming was on point even the staff uniforms were Toy Story themed! Room was a great size, very clean and had all nessersary amenities available. Beds were super comfy and firm and pillows felt like clouds. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend a stay here if you are going to Disney especially the hour early access!

Vielen Dank für den fünftägigen Aufenthalt (aufgrund von Flugproblemen wurde eine zusätzliche Nacht hinzugefügt). Der Service, die Zimmer, der Preis und die kostenlosen Optionen wie der Shuttlebus waren alle sehr zufriedenstellend. Da ich in sechs Monaten wieder nach Shanghai reisen werde, würde ich gerne wieder hier übernachten. Der Weg vom nächsten Bahnhof zum Hotel dauert etwa fünf Minuten, aber die Straße ist nachts etwas dunkel, da es nicht viele Straßenlaternen gibt, und die Motorräder sind leise, daher war ich auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel etwas vorsichtig. Es war sehr praktisch, dass zwei Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe waren. Das Restaurant, in dem ich gefrühstückt habe und das nur 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt war, war auch sehr günstig und bot große Portionen.

Wir verbrachten hier 2 unserer 4 Nächte im Shanghai Disney Hotel und wünschten, wir wären alle 4 Nächte geblieben. Dieses Hotel ist ein echtes Disney-Bubble-Hotel, im Gegensatz zum preisgünstigen Toy Story, in dem wir die ersten 2 Nächte verbrachten. Die Zimmer waren großartig, sauber und mit Blick auf den See und den Park. Das Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen war ein Buffet mit großartigen Optionen für alle. Die Buchung über Klook war problemlos, und wir zeigten unsere Buchung einfach dem Check-in-Personal, das die Details für uns mit der Disney-App verknüpfte – es hätte nicht einfacher sein können.

It was very clean and spacious, and although breakfast was the same every day, it was a satisfying mini-buffet. The plumbing was fine, and the hairdryer had strong airflow. Housekeeping came daily and never touched my belongings. The reception staff spoke English. The city center was a bit far, but taking a taxi made it easy, and the bus to the airport followed by a train was also a good option. Within a 5-minute walk, there were many restaurants and a convenience store. Above all, I was happy to return to this hotel; it's no exaggeration to say that this hotel made my trip so much better! Also, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear voices, but they provided earplugs, which showed great consideration.

hotel really leaves up to the reviews easily the best hotel in China IMO. its aesthetic in every corner, great service , value added perks and even assisted to arrange transport for me. even though its a little further from the main hustle and bustle but its close to north bund. the scent of the hotel is the highlights and takes your breath away

Second time staying in the hotel, hotel service staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is very big, clean and comfortable! The hotel is located near a train station and we have a great view of the CBD area and the river. Breakfast was great, there were a wide selection of food and drinks for guests.

The room is large, clean, and offers excellent value for money. The location is also quite good. I was more impressed than with other hotels I've stayed at in Shanghai. If I go again, I'll definitely stay here.

Due to the typhoon, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day. The same room type wasn't available for consecutive nights, so we chose a different room type. However, upon check-in, they were able to give us the same room type and even upgraded us! I'm extremely grateful. Some of the front desk staff speak Japanese, and for those who don't speak English, they have translation devices, so I don't think there will be any issues at all. I usually choose hotels within walking distance of Disney parks, but I really liked this hotel right in front of the station, so it might become my regular place to stay.
