absolutely good experience and the staff are helpful even with language barrier. they even help us to found our lost bag in the airport by contacting airport staff. the early entry pass granted to each members of the room and really worthy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Hotel with Excellent Value for Money! We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and packed with amenities. The room was very comfortable, and they even provided 4 complimentary bottles of water—a nice touch! The location is also very convenient, with FamilyMart and another convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Transportation was another big plus. The hotel offers free shuttle services to the airport, The Bund, Disneyland, and Florentia Village Outlet, which made getting around so much easier and saved us a lot on transportation costs. Overall, this hotel offers great facilities, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, especially for families and travelers who want comfort and convenience!

of the two hotels that are in the park this one definitely feels the more premium and luxury, we were lucky enough to stay in both places. I would definitely stay again in Disneyland Hotel. The shuttle bus and early park entrance are really nice features that made our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the food selection. This was the first Disney hotel I ever stayed in my file; I wanted to experience staying in at Disney hotels and it makes my park visit +100000 more comfortable. We also got to dine at Aurora; we got an amazing spot by the window were we got to see the castle. we also got to see the fireworks show of the castle once we left dinner and got down at the lobby area of the hotel. The stuff helped us get a reservation for aurora dinner and royal banquet dinner also inside the park for the next day. They also helped us send our baggage to our next hotel (the Toy Story hotel) when we did check out and also helped us set the Disneyland app

It was fantastic staying in this hotel. Very accommodating to our request, very neat, and they always clean their facilities. Foods are not that delicious, but will provide authenticity of a local food taste. The location is ideal if you only consider staying near the airport and Disneyland, but if you will visit Shanghai Tower, Yuyuan Garden and the like, it is far and will cost you a lot for transportation. Overall, it was a good stay for us considering they offer shuttle service from and to the airport and Disneyland. I don't have the actual photo of our room, but I have the photo of the view from our window. It is so calming staying here, not crowded, and there are a lot of food stalls that you can try.

The service and atmosphere is awesome, the only downside is the location.

hotel really leaves up to the reviews easily the best hotel in China IMO. its aesthetic in every corner, great service , value added perks and even assisted to arrange transport for me. even though its a little further from the main hustle and bustle but its close to north bund. the scent of the hotel is the highlights and takes your breath away

Convenient Transportation: There's a shuttle to Pudong Airport every hour, which is perfect for travelers with early morning flights the next day. Breakfast: A full selection of Chinese rice, noodles, and congee, as well as Western bread, coffee, milk, desserts, and fruit. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy.

It was a very impressive stay. We booked a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Twin Room with breakfast (40 sq.m.), but upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a Deluxe Suite (85 sq.m.) with a river view at no extra charge, which completely exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent service, the dining area was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel is quite clean, and the room has no strange odors. The front desk attendant (employee number 305) was very kind and even thoughtfully reminded me which terminal to get off at. I'm very grateful! The only downside is that the room is near the road, so it can be a bit noisy when cars pass by, which is a bit of a shame.
