absolutely good experience and the staff are helpful even with language barrier. they even help us to found our lost bag in the airport by contacting airport staff. the early entry pass granted to each members of the room and really worthy.

This accommodation is truly the best. First, the airport pickup and drop-off, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland and the Bund are excellent. I also added breakfast on-site because I heard it was delicious. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The Hami melon was really tasty. Also, the skewer truck right in front of the hotel entrance is affordable and delicious. Inside the hotel entrance, there's a FamilyMart, another convenience store, and a few restaurants. It's also great that the mini-bar in the room is free. I didn't get to try it, but I like that they offer porridge until 11 PM. I plan to stay here again next time.

This is my first time visiting Shanghai Disneyland, and the cast members at the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel were so kind, and the hotel interior was amazingly clean. The room was spacious, and it even has a bidet toilet, which is a wonderful feature for Japanese guests. I would love to stay at the hotel again on my next visit!

Due to the typhoon, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day. The same room type wasn't available for consecutive nights, so we chose a different room type. However, upon check-in, they were able to give us the same room type and even upgraded us! I'm extremely grateful. Some of the front desk staff speak Japanese, and for those who don't speak English, they have translation devices, so I don't think there will be any issues at all. I usually choose hotels within walking distance of Disney parks, but I really liked this hotel right in front of the station, so it might become my regular place to stay.

It was fantastic staying in this hotel. Very accommodating to our request, very neat, and they always clean their facilities. Foods are not that delicious, but will provide authenticity of a local food taste. The location is ideal if you only consider staying near the airport and Disneyland, but if you will visit Shanghai Tower, Yuyuan Garden and the like, it is far and will cost you a lot for transportation. Overall, it was a good stay for us considering they offer shuttle service from and to the airport and Disneyland. I don't have the actual photo of our room, but I have the photo of the view from our window. It is so calming staying here, not crowded, and there are a lot of food stalls that you can try.

The hotel is quite clean, and the room has no strange odors. The front desk attendant (employee number 305) was very kind and even thoughtfully reminded me which terminal to get off at. I'm very grateful! The only downside is that the room is near the road, so it can be a bit noisy when cars pass by, which is a bit of a shame.

L'hotel realment fa honor a les ressenyes, fàcilment el millor hotel de la Xina, segons la meva opinió. És estètic en cada racó, amb un servei excel·lent, avantatges de valor afegit i fins i tot em van ajudar a organitzar el transport. Tot i que està una mica més lluny del bullici principal, està a prop del Bund Nord. L'aroma de l'hotel és el més destacat i et deixa sense alè.

It was a very impressive stay. We booked a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Twin Room with breakfast (40 sq.m.), but upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a Deluxe Suite (85 sq.m.) with a river view at no extra charge, which completely exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent service, the dining area was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
