absolutely good experience and the staff are helpful even with language barrier. they even help us to found our lost bag in the airport by contacting airport staff. the early entry pass granted to each members of the room and really worthy.

L'hébergement est vraiment excellent. Le service de navette aéroport (aller-retour), ainsi que les navettes pour Disneyland et le Bund, sont très pratiques. J'ai ajouté le petit-déjeuner sur place car on m'avait dit qu'il était délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Le melon Hami est vraiment savoureux. De plus, le camion de brochettes devant l'entrée principale de l'hôtel est bon marché et délicieux. À l'intérieur de l'entrée principale de l'hôtel, il y a un FamilyMart, d'autres supermarchés et quelques restaurants. Le minibar gratuit dans la chambre est également un plus. Je n'ai pas pu en profiter, mais j'apprécie qu'ils proposent de la bouillie jusqu'à 23h. Je prévois d'y séjourner à nouveau.

This is my first time visiting Shanghai Disneyland, and the cast members at the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel were so kind, and the hotel interior was amazingly clean. The room was spacious, and it even has a bidet toilet, which is a wonderful feature for Japanese guests. I would love to stay at the hotel again on my next visit!

En raison d'un typhon, nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour d'une journée au dernier moment. Comme il n'y avait plus de chambres du même type disponibles pour prolonger, nous en avons choisi une différente, mais lors de l'enregistrement, ils nous ont attribué la même chambre et l'ont même surclassée ! Nous en sommes extrêmement reconnaissants. Parmi le personnel de la réception, certains parlaient japonais et d'autres non, mais grâce aux traducteurs automatiques, cela ne pose aucun problème. D'habitude, je choisissais des hôtels situés à distance de marche des parcs Disney, mais celui-ci devant la gare m'a tellement plu que je le ferai peut-être mon hôtel attitré.

It was fantastic staying in this hotel. Very accommodating to our request, very neat, and they always clean their facilities. Foods are not that delicious, but will provide authenticity of a local food taste. The location is ideal if you only consider staying near the airport and Disneyland, but if you will visit Shanghai Tower, Yuyuan Garden and the like, it is far and will cost you a lot for transportation. Overall, it was a good stay for us considering they offer shuttle service from and to the airport and Disneyland. I don't have the actual photo of our room, but I have the photo of the view from our window. It is so calming staying here, not crowded, and there are a lot of food stalls that you can try.

L'hôtel est assez propre, la chambre n'avait pas d'odeur. La jeune femme de la réception (employée n°305) était très gentille et m'a même rappelé le terminal où descendre, un grand merci à elle ! Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre étant proche de la route, il y a un peu de bruit quand les voitures passent, c'est dommage...

Cet hôtel est vraiment à la hauteur des commentaires, c'est facilement le meilleur hôtel de Chine à mon avis. Il est esthétique dans chaque recoin, le service est excellent, il offre des avantages à valeur ajoutée et a même aidé à organiser mon transport. Même s'il est un peu plus éloigné de l'agitation principale, il est proche du Bund nord. Le parfum de l'hôtel est un point fort et vous coupe le souffle.

C'est un séjour inoubliable. Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe lits jumeaux avec petit-déjeuner (40 m²) pour 3 nuits, mais à notre arrivée, l'hôtel nous a offert un surclassement gratuit en suite Deluxe (85 m²) avec vue sur la rivière, ce qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le restaurant est spacieux et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux avec un grand choix de plats.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
