Excellent hôtel, le thème était parfait, même les uniformes du personnel étaient sur le thème de Toy Story ! La chambre était de bonne taille, très propre et disposait de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les lits étaient super confortables et fermes, et les oreillers étaient comme des nuages. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable ! Je recommande vivement un séjour ici si vous allez à Disney, surtout pour l'accès anticipé d'une heure !

This accommodation is truly the best. First, the airport pickup and drop-off, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland and the Bund are excellent. I also added breakfast on-site because I heard it was delicious. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The Hami melon was really tasty. Also, the skewer truck right in front of the hotel entrance is affordable and delicious. Inside the hotel entrance, there's a FamilyMart, another convenience store, and a few restaurants. It's also great that the mini-bar in the room is free. I didn't get to try it, but I like that they offer porridge until 11 PM. I plan to stay here again next time.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 2 de nos 4 nuits au Shanghai Disney Hotel et nous aurions aimé y rester les 4 nuits. Cet hôtel est un véritable hôtel bulle Disney, contrairement au Toy Story, plus économique, où nous avons passé nos 2 premières nuits. Les chambres étaient superbes, grandes, propres, avec une vue sur le lac et le parc. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient sous forme de buffet avec d'excellentes options pour tous. La réservation avec Klook a été simple et nous avons juste montré notre réservation au personnel d'enregistrement qui a lié les détails à l'application Disney pour nous, cela n'aurait pas pu être plus facile.

Cet hôtel est vraiment à la hauteur des commentaires, c'est facilement le meilleur hôtel de Chine à mon avis. Il est esthétique dans chaque recoin, le service est excellent, il offre des avantages à valeur ajoutée et a même aidé à organiser mon transport. Même s'il est un peu plus éloigné de l'agitation principale, il est proche du Bund nord. Le parfum de l'hôtel est un point fort et vous coupe le souffle.

It was very clean and spacious, and although breakfast was the same every day, it was a satisfying mini-buffet. The plumbing was fine, and the hairdryer had strong airflow. Housekeeping came daily and never touched my belongings. The reception staff spoke English. The city center was a bit far, but taking a taxi made it easy, and the bus to the airport followed by a train was also a good option. Within a 5-minute walk, there were many restaurants and a convenience store. Above all, I was happy to return to this hotel; it's no exaggeration to say that this hotel made my trip so much better! Also, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear voices, but they provided earplugs, which showed great consideration.

The room is large, clean, and offers excellent value for money. The location is also quite good. I was more impressed than with other hotels I've stayed at in Shanghai. If I go again, I'll definitely stay here.

L'état de la chambre était bon et le personnel était très aimable. Le petit-déjeuner était également correct. Mais surtout, la navette gratuite est ce qu'il y a de plus pratique.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Le personnel de service était très serviable et amical. La chambre d'hôtel est très grande, propre et confortable ! L'hôtel est situé près d'une gare et nous avons une vue magnifique sur le quartier central des affaires et la rivière. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, il y avait un large choix de plats et de boissons pour les clients.

Due to the typhoon, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day. The same room type wasn't available for consecutive nights, so we chose a different room type. However, upon check-in, they were able to give us the same room type and even upgraded us! I'm extremely grateful. Some of the front desk staff speak Japanese, and for those who don't speak English, they have translation devices, so I don't think there will be any issues at all. I usually choose hotels within walking distance of Disney parks, but I really liked this hotel right in front of the station, so it might become my regular place to stay.
