atm we are still ln board La Regina, if i can give 10 star i will. the trip is PERFECT for me and my husband. Peter is very accommodating and everyone treats us like ROYALTY. Peter see to it all our reasonable needs are met. all staff i cannot remember their names but despite visible tiredness their smiles never leave their faces. Peter was truly tired last night but he still put all of the guest first. for the itierary, it was just enough, not too tiring and not too boring. this cruise and this package is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we will surely go back with family and friends

We took the signature cruise on the Bai Tu Long Bay course. Due to an unexpected incident, it was almost changed to the Halong Bay course, but Alice from Klook worked hard, and as a result, it turned out to be a wonderful trip that exceeded our expectations. The Bai Tu Long Bay route was very quiet and calm, and although the boat was not new, it was lovely and well-maintained, and everywhere felt clean. We were the only Japanese guests, and although we are not good at English, the ship's manager was very kind and attentive, so we never felt anxious. My elderly mother also enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and exploring caves. Many thanks to Alice and the wonderful crew 💖 Highly recommended!

10/10 experience. My guide Duc was awesome. Everything was on schedule and he explained what we were doing in detail. There were several options for every stop. I was able to hang out with other solo travelers on the trip and it was a great day!

This was the absolute perfect tour that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Halong Bay! My spouse and my participation exceeded our expectations by far, and it easily deserves 5 stars. First, I was amazed by the high quality right from the morning transfer. The limousine van that came to pick us up was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with spacious seating that made the ride completely fatigue-free. Complimentary bottled water was also provided, showing a wonderful attention to detail. Upon boarding the ship, we were even more impressed by its beauty and open feel. Everywhere we looked was sparkling clean. In particular, the restrooms—which can often be a concern on foreign vessels and tourist spots—were kept impeccably clean, allowing us to stay comfortable throughout the entire trip. The hospitality of the staff was also wonderful, as they always responded with a polite smile. The buffet lunch was extremely satisfying as well. We were surprised to see fresh sushi and sashimi lined up, and the baked mussels with cheese were simply exquisite. All the other hot dishes and desserts were of very high quality too. Above all, what truly stood out was the guide and the operational management. Although the sightseeing spots in Halong Bay (such as caves and islands) were quite crowded with tourists from all over the world, the guide's directions were precise, eliminating any unnecessary waiting or confusion. It was always clear where we were going next and what we would be doing, and since the entire schedule proceeded strictly on time, we were able to concentrate on sightseeing stress-free from beginning to end. From the comfortable transportation, the cleanliness of the ship and restrooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, the delicious food, down to the flawless time management, everything was simply flawless. If you want to enjoy an elegant and secure Halong Bay cruise, choosing this tour is a guaranteed success. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

My hotel didn't offer pickup, so we decided to meet in front of the Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel to the Opera House, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury bus, but it was acceptable. Before arriving at Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite splendid. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet-style meal was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The food wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many company boats dotted the sea, which was also a magnificent sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is a paid option. On the way back, a cooking class was held on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a boring time. However, it was a time to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we also stopped at a shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops had items that could also be bought in Hanoi, selling them at high prices. The shops need to change. They need to offer products that can open tourists' wallets and prices that match. That way, sales will likely increase. I bought another drink this time. The guide never pressured us. The guide was kind and dedicated to their work. The price of the Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-level one. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide who was with us all day!

The overall experience was relaxed, and the staff were genuinely accommodating with good English communication skills. Jenny helped me with everything I needed, as did the entire staff. The pool was good too, food is good. Overall experience 9/10. It was a Thursday, but the boat was booked with more than 40 passengers on board, so there was no fine dining experience, but it was good either way.

I had a wonderful time because our guide, Truong, provided such a thorough tour! I highly recommend this tour to Japanese visitors. Although there's a charge, the fruit drinks were delicious, so I suggest having some cash on hand. The boat had air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. I heard that some other tours don't have air conditioning.

Thanks to our Guide : Johny Thuật ！ We are a group with three elderly people over 70. Johnny stayed with us the entire time and offered us all kinds of help. Especially when we were crawling through the cave, he stayed at the very end the whole time to keep us safe. We are extremely grateful to him. He is very nice and patient.
