atm we are still ln board La Regina, if i can give 10 star i will. the trip is PERFECT for me and my husband. Peter is very accommodating and everyone treats us like ROYALTY. Peter see to it all our reasonable needs are met. all staff i cannot remember their names but despite visible tiredness their smiles never leave their faces. Peter was truly tired last night but he still put all of the guest first. for the itierary, it was just enough, not too tiring and not too boring. this cruise and this package is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we will surely go back with family and friends

Chuyến đi khám phá và ngắm cảnh Vịnh Hạ Long này là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Hướng dẫn viên của chúng tôi là anh Andy, anh ấy rất am hiểu về lịch sử Vịnh Hạ Long. Đồ ăn của Đầu bếp Minh và đội ngũ nhân viên rất đặc biệt. Khiến khách cảm thấy như chúng tôi đã có một trải nghiệm ẩm thực trên tàu. Chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu chuyến đi này cho bất kỳ ai muốn khám phá Vịnh Hạ Long một cách đúng đắn. Tôi đi cùng bố mẹ và họ hoàn toàn yêu thích sự thân thiện của nhân viên cũng như món ăn ngon tuyệt!

The trip was wonderful! Staff, food and accommodation were great. The only thing we regret is not staying for 2 nights. Thanks for a great trip!

My day voyage on the cruise was the absolute highlight of our Vietnam trip and worth every single penny. From the moment we stepped into our pristine, modern suite with its breathtaking its views of the cruise, the attention to detail was flawless. The onboard amenities—especially the stunning infinity pool felt like a floating five-star resort rather than a standard boat, and the dining exceeded all expectations by beautifully blending local Vietnamese flavors with international cuisine. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable and warm service from the crew, who anticipated our every need and perfectly organized the kayaking and cave excursions so we could avoid the heavy tourist crowds.

We traveled in December, booked for 2 days, and enjoyed everything very much. The only thing was that there were a lot of people on the excursions, but that has nothing to do with the operator. The cabins are magnificent, no seasickness, and karaoke for entertainment in the evening. The only regret we had was not booking for 3 days and 3 nights.

I had booked two rooms, an oriental cabin and century cabin. Originally I had booked the oriental cabin as I wanted a bathtub with ocean view. I was given 2 century rooms. I requested for a refund from Klook for the difference in the rooms and was provided the refund. We had a vegetarian in the group and the cruise was very accommodating with their meals providing good dishes for every meal. the other members of our group also enjoyed their meals and buffet style food was also very good quality. We especially liked the traditional Vietnamese band that played during the dinner. The locations we visited were a little crowded but definitely worth visiting.

1.船體是新落成的，硬體設備都算新穎2.行程和klook上不同，Day1去珍珠養殖場及船艇、廚藝體驗是春捲、夜釣小管於飯後自由體驗Day2去驚訝洞後結束，沒有去英雄島及其他行程，不過整體安排能好好放鬆也不錯3.本次登船人數沒有滿(可能僅一半再多些左右)，所以無論吃飯及使用飯店設施都是舒適的4.接送的部分因為要載很多人，時間會拖蠻長的，中間還會停留在消費的休息站5.整體而言仍然感到滿意，CP值高，當地的服務窗口也都會用whatsapp即時關心及聯繫
