atm we are still ln board La Regina, if i can give 10 star i will. the trip is PERFECT for me and my husband. Peter is very accommodating and everyone treats us like ROYALTY. Peter see to it all our reasonable needs are met. all staff i cannot remember their names but despite visible tiredness their smiles never leave their faces. Peter was truly tired last night but he still put all of the guest first. for the itierary, it was just enough, not too tiring and not too boring. this cruise and this package is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we will surely go back with family and friends

We took the signature cruise on the Bai Tu Long Bay route. Due to an unexpected incident, our trip was almost changed to the Halong Bay route, but Alice from Klook worked diligently, and as a result, it turned out to be an even better trip than we expected. The Bai Tu Long Bay route was very quiet and peaceful. Although the boat wasn't new, it was lovely and well-maintained, and everything felt clean. We were the only Japanese guests, and while we weren't fluent in English, the ship's manager was very kind and attentive, so we never felt anxious. My elderly mother also enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and exploring the caves. Many thanks to Alice and the wonderful crew! Highly recommended!

The trip was wonderful! Staff, food and accomodation was great. The only thing we regret is not staying for 2 nights. Thanks for a great trip!

10/10 experience. My guide Duc was awesome. Everything was on schedule and he explained what we were doing in detail. There were several options for every stop. I was able to hang out with other solo travelers on the trip and it was a great day!

This was the perfect tour, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious experience in Ha Long Bay! My spouse and I participated, and it far exceeded our expectations, definitely a 5-star experience. First, we were impressed by the high quality of the morning transfer. The limousine van that picked us up was incredibly clean and tidy inside, with spacious seating that made the journey completely comfortable. Complimentary mineral water was also provided, showing great attention to detail. Upon boarding the ship, we were even more impressed by its beauty and spaciousness. Everywhere we looked was spotlessly clean, and the restrooms, which can often be a concern on international boats or tourist sites, were perfectly maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout our stay. The staff's hospitality was also wonderful; they were always smiling and provided polite service. The buffet lunch was also very satisfying. We were surprised to see fresh sushi and sashimi, and the baked cheese mussels were exquisite. All the other hot dishes and desserts were also of high quality. What was most outstanding, however, was the guide and the operational management. Ha Long Bay's tourist spots (caves, islands, etc.) were quite crowded with visitors from all over the world, but our guide's directions were precise, and there was absolutely no wasted waiting time or confusion. It was always clear "where we were going next and what we would be doing," and the entire schedule ran precisely on time, allowing us to focus on sightseeing stress-free from start to finish. From the comfortable transportation, the cleanliness of the ship and restrooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the delicious food, to the perfect time management, everything was impeccable. If you want to enjoy an elegant and reassuring Ha Long Bay cruise, you cannot go wrong with this tour. Thank you for the best memories!

Since my hotel didn't offer pickup, I decided to go to the Hanoi Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury one, but it was acceptable. Before reaching Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite impressive. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet lunch was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The meal wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many tour boats dotted the sea, which was also a spectacular sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is an optional extra for an additional fee. On the way back, there was a cooking class on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a bit boring. However, it was a wonderful opportunity to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we stopped at another shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops were selling items that could also be bought in Hanoi, but at higher prices. These shops need to change. They should offer products that can entice tourists to open their wallets, at prices that are appropriate. That way, sales would likely increase. I bought another drink this time too. Our guide never pressured us. The guide was friendly and dedicated to their job. The price of a Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-range option. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide, who was with us all day!^^

The overall experience was chilled and the stuff is honestly accommodating with good English communication skills and Jenny helped me with whatever I needed and so did the whole stuff. The pool was good too, good is good, Overall experience 9/10 and it was Thursday but it was booked with more than 40 passengers on board , so no fine dining experience but it was good either way.

Celina cruise was an absolutely amazing experience. between the stunning and spotless rooms and the exceptional food and service, we can see why this cruise is one of the top in Ha Long Bay. Although a little on the expensive side, the amazingly comfy bed and stunning views make up for it. The pool was perfect temperature with a beautiful view and the activities on day 1 were great. Although day 2 morning activities were cancelled due to a thunderstorm, the cruise was still a perfect experience thanks to the unbeatable hospitality with amazing staff. Special mention to Felix, Phuong Anh, and Ronald for their exceptional service and always going above and beyond for us. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

I had a wonderful time because our guide, Truong, provided such a thorough tour! I highly recommend this tour to Japanese visitors. Although there's a charge, the fruit drinks were delicious, so I suggest having some cash on hand. The boat had air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. I heard that some other tours don't have air conditioning.
