atm we are still ln board La Regina, if i can give 10 star i will. the trip is PERFECT for me and my husband. Peter is very accommodating and everyone treats us like ROYALTY. Peter see to it all our reasonable needs are met. all staff i cannot remember their names but despite visible tiredness their smiles never leave their faces. Peter was truly tired last night but he still put all of the guest first. for the itierary, it was just enough, not too tiring and not too boring. this cruise and this package is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we will surely go back with family and friends

This trip to explore and sightsee Ha Long Bay was an excellent experience. Our tour guide for the trip was Mr. Andy and he was very knowledgeable about the history of Ha Long Bay. The food from Chef Minh and staff were very exceptional. Made the guest feel like we had a culinary experience on board. Will definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in see Ha Long Bay the correct way. Went with my parents and the absolutely loved how friendly the staff were and how delicious the food was too!

My day voyage on the cruise was the absolute highlight of our Vietnam trip and worth every single penny. From the moment we stepped into our pristine, modern suite with its breathtaking its views of the cruise, the attention to detail was flawless. The onboard amenities—especially the stunning infinity pool felt like a floating five-star resort rather than a standard boat, and the dining exceeded all expectations by beautifully blending local Vietnamese flavors with international cuisine. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable and warm service from the crew, who anticipated our every need and perfectly organized the kayaking and cave excursions so we could avoid the heavy tourist crowds.

Went on a trip in December, took it for 2 days, really enjoyed everything, the only thing is that there were a lot of people on the excursions, but it has nothing to do with the operator. The cabins are magnificent, no seasickness, karaoke in the evening for entertainment. The only thing we regretted was not taking it for 3 days and 3 nights.

I had booked two rooms, an oriental cabin and century cabin. Originally I had booked the oriental cabin as I wanted a bathtub with ocean view. I was given 2 century rooms. I requested for a refund from Klook for the difference in the rooms and was provided the refund. We had a vegetarian in the group and the cruise was very accommodating with their meals providing good dishes for every meal. the other members of our group also enjoyed their meals and buffet style food was also very good quality. We especially liked the traditional Vietnamese band that played during the dinner. The locations we visited were a little crowded but definitely worth visiting.

1. The ship is newly built, and the hardware facilities are quite new. 2. The itinerary differs from what's listed on Klook. Day 1 includes a visit to a pearl farm and boat ride, a spring roll cooking class, and optional night squid fishing after dinner. Day 2 concludes after visiting Surprise Cave, with no trips to Ti Top Island or other destinations. However, the overall arrangement allowed for good relaxation, which was nice. 3. The number of passengers on this cruise was not full (perhaps only a little over half), so dining and using the hotel facilities were comfortable. 4. The shuttle service takes a long time because it picks up many people, and there's a stop at a rest area for shopping. 5. Overall, I was still satisfied; it offers great value for money, and the local service contact provided timely updates and communication via WhatsApp.
