Dolphin Day Cruise: Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top with Luxury Transfer

Ha Long Bay Day Trip 🚢 Well worth experiencing~ It definitely has the scale of scenery reminiscent of a mini Guilin on the water. While Surprise Cave isn't decorated with the colorful lights typical of domestic caves in China and isn't overly breathtaking, there are definitely moments that will make you exclaim "Wow." The kids' absolute favorite was kayaking 🚣, going through a small cave and discovering a completely new world on the other side. Ti Top Island (Paradise Island) has mountains, water, and a beach 🏝️—all three spots have their own unique charm. The big surprise was that our customer service representative, Kate, gave us a free upgrade to the VIP Lounge. She was so thoughtful, arranging for me and my friend's family to be in the same vehicle and seated at the same table based on our email communication. It was simply perfect~ The staff on the cruise were very enthusiastic, the transfer drivers were patient, the vehicles were very comfortable, and the tour guide's service was spot on. Um... extremely satisfied 😁~

This is a fantastic tour to Ha Long Bay. It's perfectly organized from start to finish. The evening before, you receive a message (for us, it was via WhatsApp) detailing the day's schedule, what food will be served, and when and where to be. The tour itself was great; first, you visit a cave, then you can kayak or take a boat, and afterward, you can swim at the beach or hike up a hill. Before the attractions, there was a buffet, which was super delicious. The ship is very stable; you barely notice you're at sea. There's a pool and plenty of restrooms and showers for everyone (which were always very clean). The staff are all excellent, friendly, and very helpful. From the beginning, you're assigned a tour guide who leads a smaller group through all the attractions; we had Jack, and he was truly outstanding. Additionally, we were looked after by Chris (on the ship). I also highly recommend booking the bungalow for more privacy.

We participated with our 1-year-old and 3-year-old children. By using the paid kids' room (150,000 VND per person) and the paid bungalow (2,000,000 VND), we were able to spend the travel time stress-free. The activities were easy to join as each lasted under an hour. The lunch buffet offered a rich variety of fresh seafood such as sashimi, crab, shrimp, oysters, and other shellfish, and it was absolutely delicious! Many staff members kept an eye on our schedule, and we had a truly wonderful time. When our children ran out of energy and we had to cut the third activity short, they arranged a private boat for us and promptly brought us back to the cruise ship. The facilities are also new and comfortable. While the price is a bit higher compared to other cruises, it is well worth it. I highly recommend it, especially for those traveling with children!

Our experience in the Dolphin Halong Cruise in Vietnam was nothing short of exceptional. We were looked after by the manager, Chris, who is outstanding in his job. He ensured every part of our journey ran seamlessly, from boarding to dining to our stay in the private bungalow. What impressed us most was his ability to anticipate needs before we even asked, creating a truly effortless and VIP experience. From pick up from hotel to the docking area to entrance in the cruise ship to our VIP buffet table and to our private bungalow with the most breathtaking view you could imagine. They saw at the registration that it was my mom's birthday and they surprised her with a cake accompanied by a birthday song from the performer. The food could feed a country by how many there is to choose from and it is just to die for! The amenities were top notch with a jacuzzi at the top deck, too. I cannot recommend this very new cruise ship enough. What an amazing experience!

Initially, we were a bit hesitant about doing just a day trip to Ha Long Bay, but the Dolphin Cruise completely changed our minds. This was the elevated, 6-star experience we were looking for during our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, it felt incredibly luxurious. ​The ship itself is stunning - especially the 360° panoramic lounge and the massive saltwater pool. We loved the buffet lunch (so many fresh seafood options!), and the sunset party with live music on the sundeck was the perfect romantic finale. If you’re on the fence about a day trip, book this one. It felt seamless, high-end, and absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the crew for making our trip so special!

We highly recommend Dolphin Ha Long Cruise. absolutely 5 star treament - treated like royalty from all the staff - but especially Chris, Andre and our man Jack (never let go) - The amazing Jack Family Tour Guide . The buffet was enormous - variety of everyone. Food was all fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The excursions were well organised and scenery exceptional. Lastly this cruise ship is pure luxury. We had the best day - thank you to all staff.

The atmosphere was both peaceful during the day and lively at night with great music and performances. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable trip. Had a wonderful experience! The cruise was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, with breathtaking views of the mountains and stunning scenery. The staff were friendly, and professional tour guide throughout the trip. The atmosphere was relaxing, enjoyable and had a very great buffet! Definitely one of the highlights of my Vietnam trip! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. A truly unforgettable experience!

My friend and I chose Dolphin because their day trip covered the exact 3 islands we wanted to visit, making the itinerary totally worth it. Once we hit the pier, we were blown away by the boat. It was immaculate, and manager Chris mentioned it's only 7 months old! Thanks Chris and our guide James & the team were so welcoming and did a fantastic job teaching us about each spot. Plus buffet lunch was good. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Our tour guide Jack was fantastic! He really took care of us from start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He brought us to wonderful places — some well-known highlights and a few hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The schedule was clearly explained, so we always knew what to expect and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole trip stress-free and memorable.
