Zhujiajiao Ancient Town and Yuyuan Garden were a beautiful journey into Shanghai’s history and culture. Zhujiajiao felt peaceful and charming, with its canals, stone bridges, and traditional houses creating a slow, nostalgic atmosphere. Walking along the waterways, enjoying local snacks, and watching boats glide past was truly relaxing. In contrast, Yuyuan Garden was more vibrant and detailed, showcasing classical Chinese garden design with pavilions, ponds, and intricate rock formations. The surrounding market added excitement with souvenirs and street food. Our tour guide was extremely friendly and generous with knowledge, patiently sharing stories and cultural insights that made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.
