After booking, the travel agency staff will add you on WeChat to confirm order details and inform you that a tour guide will contact you the night before departure. The night before, there will be a trip manager group chat. The travel agency had 9 people, plus me, making 10 in total, which was a pleasant surprise. The tour guide will post detailed meeting points and itinerary maps/text in the group, which are very easy to understand. On the day of the tour, there were about 40 people in our group, with two guides (Leilei and Xiaoyu) looking after us from front to back. It happened to rain during the trip, and it was sad to see guide Leilei completely drenched. The beautiful guide Xiaoyu was smiling throughout, very patient and caring towards every customer, and the overall process was smooth. There was an optional self-funded Bund sightseeing tunnel to the Oriental Pearl Tower, which was a nice extra experience.

He quietly and diligently follows all schedules promptly. His personality and appearance are similar to my sister's husband in Korea, which makes him feel familiar and makes me feel like I'm in Korea.

Booking was very easy! It’s a self guided tour which was perfect for us, we had a a lot of time to explore on our own time. We had a private driver Mr. Zhu and he was super nice & helpful with many questions we had! He gave clear instructions on pick up places. We highly recommend this if this is your type of sight seeing. Ask for Mr. Zhu if possible! Happy Travels :)

Thank you Audrey for being a pleasant tour guide. She is full of positive energy and she shared very interesting facts about Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. She made sure all of us stay together and will always check on us. Would recommend this tour if you want to see both Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. This includes lunch but would really suggest to eat breakfast beforehand so you'll have energy for the first part of the tour.

Alana contacts us the day before to provide us with the tour details. Berlin is our tour guide and she is knowledgeable and gives us detailed history of Shanghai. We intend to go to the Bund on our own and Berlin is flexible to replace with Xintiandi. The view at Shanghai Tower allows us to see almost the whole of Shanghai. The local Shanghai products are cheaper to buy at Zhujiajiao Water Town. The lunch is good with a recommendation by Berlin. Berlin treated us to Sheng Jian Bao at the water town, which is delicious. The boat ride is about 20 minutes, which takes us around the water town. The tour is well planned and caters to the needs of adults and kids.

We are grateful to have Chi (Kathy) as our guide. She speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable about the area. We had a great day in Zhu Jia Jiao, particularly during the boat ride. We were able to explore the town and eat Pork Machang or sticky rice, dumplings, and drink traditional tea. We then went to Yu Garden and learned its history. Thank you also to Chi for helping us book our dining experiences for Da Dong and Ren He Guan. This extra service meant a lot to us tourists who do not have a Chinese number.

We mistakenly booked a Chinese-speaking tour. As non-Chinese speakers, our tour guide Director Li made sure that we followed what was happening on the tour using WeChat's auto-translate feature. It was a relaxed tour, with plenty of time to enjoy Shanghai.
