This was my first time trying this feature. I conversed over WeChat about what I wanted to do, how many travelers we had, and asked them to come up with an itinerary for the duration of my stay. I was provided with a tour guide and my own private driver. The private driver was amazing as we didn't need to worry about getting to and from the airport and transporting our luggage for our group. All the tickets were purchased by the tour and were included in the price. I was traveling with small children and grandparents, and this tour was very convenient for us to have a plan every day. We went to Yu Garden, Disneyland, Legoland, Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, Shanghai Pearl Tower, Nanjing Road, the Bund, and more.

We recently completed a private tour for Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing and would highly recommend booking with Klook. It was seamless from planning to execution. She sent us daily updates of our itinerary for the next day, including temperature and what to wear, and started a WeChat group with all the guides and drivers so that we could communicate directly. The hotels that they booked for us exceeded expectations and were better than the ones we booked ourselves.

Shanghai is much larger than I imagined, and without the recommendations of a custom itinerary planner, my self-designed trip might have been very rushed and inefficient.

The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the airport on time. Even if your flight is delayed, you don't have to worry about not being able to get a car to the hotel.

Tour guide: Needs a more professional driver. Itinerary: Private customization is indeed good and very convenient. Attractions: Visit different attractions based on personal preference.

The entire service process was very satisfying. Planner Ling'er was incredibly patient and prompt, both with the initial travel planning and the subsequent revisions. During the trip, Ling'er also followed up throughout, communicated progress at all times, and flexibly handled unexpected situations. Very professional, I didn't have to worry about a thing!

Charley's custom service is very efficient; she was able to provide a customized plan based on my needs in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely contact her again for my next trip to China 😀
