This trip was so wonderful & enjoyable even though time was limited due to May 1st China Labour holidays. All places visited was so scenic & beautiful especially WuZhen. Hotels provided are mostly 5stars, very comfortable. Huangpu night cruise is a must to experience the classic Shanghai city iconic night view. Sailed by the glowing Bund & the beautiful reflection on the water was so amazing. I wanted to give a big thanks *5stars* to 小王@克洛伊, our guide for 4 days 3 nights touring Zhejiang province, a very well organised & responsible guide who always check on all members to make sure all are safe. Also wanted to thank 星星, our local Shanghai guide. This trip is highly recommended to everyone. Thank you again.

This time, I joined a tour led by tour guide Xie Fabing. Ms. Xie provided excellent service and was very kind, with great communication skills during her explanations! Whether it was history, current events, or local delicacies, she could introduce and explain everything in detail, allowing everyone to understand the stories behind each attraction immediately. It was definitely worth visiting. Even when some parts of the itinerary couldn't be followed, the tour guide was able to coordinate promptly to ensure all group members arrived safely. It's just that China's territory is truly vast, and many locations are quite a distance apart, so we had to depart very early each day, and the time for packing and breakfast felt a bit rushed.

We were very fortunate to have met tour guide Pan Chunli, who was excellent and humorous in her explanations. From the pre-trip communication and transfers to the thoughtful itinerary arrangements, she provided detailed introductions to the local culture, architectural features, and historical stories. We gained so much and have wonderful memories of this trip! The tour guide in Shanghai also provided excellent service, answering all our questions. We would definitely participate in this type of tour again if we have the chance! We were also able to stay in a hotel with great value for money.

The tour was amazing! We got to learn a lot about different cities and their cultures/history. The tour guide was very professional, kind, patient, and explained everything really well :) I definitely would join future tours with them!

The tour is primarily by bus with a packed and tight itinerary, and expects a lot of walking to cover the venues. The Chinese-speaking guide is good and very accommodating. Kudos to the guide 忆芬芳. Each venue will have different people joining, so expect a varied tour group.

We went on an impromptu trip to Shang Hai and purchased the 5D4N package and was very impressed with the price, and service. Our tour guide, Xiao Tang, was very professional, diligent and caring throughout the trip. I find her a very sincere person and easy to talk to. She was also very knowledgeable sharing the history of all the places we went to. Thanks to her that the entire trip was so comfortable for us. Thanks Xiao Tang, kudos! ❤️❤️

This time, I came to Shanghai to play, so I chose this Klook tour, and the itinerary was the same as on the form. Tour guide Xie Fabing was very kind and tried his best to help us solve problems when we had difficulties. Thank you very much 🙏 This tour group is a shared car itinerary, so the tour members on the first and second days might be different. It was quite special to see the characteristics of people from different places 😂

Two water towns are enough. Wuzhen Xizha is beautiful. Xitang Ancient Town can be removed, there is no point in going there. This way we can free up more time to visit Songcheng. The ticket price for Songcheng is not cheap. We shouldn't only stay there for about 3.5 hours. Watching "The Romance of the Song Dynasty" alone takes 1 hour, and we'd also have to rush to eat dinner there. Some hotels don't have food available for sale around them at night. I have no other comments on the other attractions.

Our tour guide, Da Min, was kind and friendly. The hotel arrangements for the itinerary were just right. However, the pace of the group was a bit fast, and the drop-off/pick-up points for the bus were a bit far from the attractions, which was inconvenient for older tourists. Other than that, our family had a very enjoyable time. This was a value-for-money tour package.

This was a fantastic tour. Unlike typical group tours where you rush from one sight to another, we only visited 2 to 3 attractions each day, allowing for ample time and plenty of free activities. Our guide, Jiang Yang, was exceptional. He provided very detailed explanations and warned us about potential tourist traps. He was also enthusiastic about helping us with any issues. It was a wonderful trip.
