We are a group of Malaysians who chose to join a Chinese group. Our guide, Ms. Xiao Zhu, was very attentive and friendly to us despite the language barrier. She made sure we received all the necessary information and felt welcomed into the group. The itinerary was relaxed yet very informative and punctual. We were given time to explore on our own and do some shopping. The explanations were very clear, even when using an audio translator through our phones. We highly recommend this package for local people and those from non-Chinese speaking regions; it's an experience. It's up to you to enjoy it. Big thanks from us. 🫶🏻

My tour guide was Yang Juan. She was very kind and explained the places and history very clearly. 👍 However, the food provided (buffet) was not very good, perhaps it didn't suit my taste.

It was a full bus load of tourists and everywhere we went, it was crowded. But the guide, Chen Lei, did very well to make sure that nobody went missing as we walked the streets, crossed the roads, and wove through the multitudes of people. There was an additional fee of CNY110 per person: 40 for lunch at a buffet restaurant that is basically like hunger games – hundreds of people crowding to get food; 10 for the earpiece to listen to the guide – this is useful; and 60 for the boat ride and a short Suzhou music performance.

Overall, it was a good day trip. Although it rained, it didn't affect the trip. Good arrangements and good service.

The good: Bus pickup was on time at location. guide will reach out night before via WeChat (people square exit 8 at 715am). No side shopping for this tour. 陈导was very responsible and accompanied us throughout the entire Garden tour for 1.5h. lunch buffet was not part of the package but was surprisingly ok and value for money at 40rmb/pax. audio guide rental of 10rmb that klook doesn't cover (stated in klook tnc) which the guide will use to talk through. Not so good: this is a mixed tour where different agencies will join. the bus tour had 1 or 2 pickups and will take about 2h to reach the garden by which time all tour groups are there. it was a very hot day, super crowded and the paths very narrow which made it rather exhausting with the heat and crowd. Hanshan temple afterwards was much better, boat ride was ok, the qilitangstreet was great but too short time of 1h as some delay due to someone losing their phone earlier and needed to find it

If you book this tour through Klook, it's recommended to proactively contact the organizer via WeChat. Otherwise, the tour guide won't be able to send the meeting information for the day to participants who don't have WeChat details. The tour guides, Xiao Zhu and Yang Juan, were very dedicated to making the itinerary and flow smoother, and their guided tours were very engaging. They also took great care of the group members. We happened to travel during the Spring Festival, so there were a lot of people, but the guides tried their best to ensure we could see the important sights. The only downside was that there was too much food for lunch, and it was all cold and not very tasty. It's recommended to bring your own drinks and snacks. If you're traveling to Suzhou, I highly recommend joining this tour!

Tour Guide Chen was very attentive and meticulous, taking great care of the group members. Today, we visited the Humble Administrator's Garden, Hanshan Temple, Fengqiao Scenic Area, and Qilishantang. The round trip from Shanghai to Suzhou in one day was very worthwhile.
