Passeio de um dia pelo Jardim Humilde do Administrador Inepto de Suzhou + Bosque dos Leões / Passeio noturno por Zhouzhuang / Museu de Suzhou

拙政园虽美但人太多影响了游览体验，幸好有黄导详细讲解和带领，要不然真是逛了个寂寞。周庄古镇的体验相对来说比较轻松一些，因为星期一人比较少，夜晚的周庒很美，陈导讲解也很有意思。

The tour guide was helpful, but her explanations of the various attractions seemed to be on a "repeated mode" and she spoke too fast. Although lunch was not included, I was informed during the tour that I needed to pay extra for a group lunch due to time constraints (30 minutes). I am not sure if guests are allowed to opt out of the "optional" lunch. Please also note that you need to pay extra for the tram ride up Tiger Hill. For us, we were bored towards the end of the tour, as the explanation was too rushed and the guide was trying to cover all 5 attractions. If you wish to visit as many attractions as possible in one day, you might consider this tour. However, I hope the tour agency can consider asking the guide to slow down her speaking speed (we were the only foreigners in the group; the others were domestic tourists).

An intellectual journey, with vivid and clear explanations from the tour guide!

Take note that the entire tour was in Mandarin. There are 2 different tour guides. For HAG, even though you have an ear piece to listen to the guide but only if you are close to the guide. Also difficult to keep up with the guide as there are too many ppl. There is time after the guided tour to still wander on your own as the Zhouzhuang bus only leaves at 1.30pm. The Zhouzhuang tour was much better - less people & the ear piece has a bigger range (100m). The show at Zhouzhuang is highly recommended. The Zhouzhuang guide was very attentive, providing lots of recommendation & very courteous. Recommended to quickly eat dinner, take some photos around sunset before going to the show.

Xiao Chen was a great guide. She was clear in the organisation and the itinerary went very smooth (despite the big group and the maze-like Zhouzhuang). She took great care of guests and made sure that the needs of the different groups are catered to. The itinerary also included several options (e.g., evening performance, no evening performance but time to check out the old town and do some shopping…). I highly recommend taking this tour, especially if it’s your first time in Suzhou.

Organisierter Ausflug mit vielen Orten, die an einem einzigen Tag abgedeckt wurden – absolut lohnenswert. Frau Chen Yu Feng war eine wunderbare Reiseleiterin, die sich hervorragend um alle gekümmert hat, auch um die älteren Teilnehmer. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn Sie alle Hauptattraktionen an einem Tag sehen möchten.

Tour guide Chen Yufeng explained everything in great detail, and the history was vividly presented. The overall experience was excellent, except for the optional boat tour at the end. It was just a boat ride with no commentary, and being an electric boat rather than a traditional rowboat, it felt a bit empty. All other experiences were very good.

The Suzhou day trip (Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, Suzhou Museum, Pingjiang Road) was a fantastic experience, completely exceeding my expectations! The itinerary was well-paced and reasonable, allowing us to visit several famous Suzhou attractions in one day, which was very convenient for first-time visitors. The tour guide's service was particularly noteworthy. He/she provided ample information, explaining the historical background, garden characteristics, and local culture in great detail and in an engaging manner. This made the entire trip not just a superficial visit, but a journey filled with knowledge, leading to a deeper understanding of Suzhou's culture. The attractions themselves were wonderful: the classical beauty of the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden was breathtaking, the architecture and collections of the Suzhou Museum were unique, and finally, experiencing the water town charm of Pingjiang Road perfectly concluded the day. In summary, this was a well-organized and educational trip, highly recommended for anyone looking to easily explore Suzhou's classic attractions.

时导 is a responsible, knowledgeable, and caring tour guide. The whole group consisted of around 45 people, but she managed to ensure every family group was taken care of. Her cheerful personality and informative jokes were enjoyed by all of us. She is by far the best tour guide I've encountered in China.

The tour of Zhouzhuang Watertown is nice. It is best to go with a tour group as it is not that accessible. The night scenery was worth the journey and the interactive show experience was interesting. The tour guide Ms Chen was knowledgeable and good.
