The service was excellent, and the trip was comfortable. We stayed at a five-star hotel, and the lunch was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The 3-day, 2-night package tour was actually a great choice! However, the tour guide's quality might need improvement. Professionally, there's no doubt they were excellent, providing detailed explanations. But when it came to sensitive topics, they were a bit too outspoken. Also, they started calling 45 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, which felt a bit stressful! The hotel stays for both nights were good and comfortable, a five-diamond hotel (roughly equivalent to a 3-star hotel). Additional charges (for reference): 570 RMB (includes: lake cruise *2 + watching a show), Xitang makeup/hair + photography 198 (the guide said: 27 photos including 8 retouched) (but in reality, only 5 were retouched, and the remaining photos were filled with group shots) + full retouching 100 (retouching looked very fake, not recommended) + additional fee 70 (makeup, accessories), West Lake cruise 60/person.

I was particularly satisfied with this trip, especially the tour of Suzhou and Hangzhou, and the "Romance Through the Ages" performance was excellent. Our tour guide, Li Tao, was very professional and explained everything wonderfully. He managed the schedule perfectly, and the hotels were also very satisfactory. It was a very worthwhile trip. Li Tao was very attentive and took great care of us. It was a very enjoyable journey.

Director Zhang meticulously planned the itinerary and schedule, ensuring our three-day, two-night trip was incredibly fulfilling. At Songcheng, he also guided us to the best spots to watch the performances. Despite the rush, we didn't miss any shows. It was a great itinerary.

Booked in Singapore, it was a culture shock joining the locals for tours and meals. It was an eye-opener with the Chinese. I was planning to book a next tour in China, but decided against it as the Chinese have a unique attitude that I find difficult to adjust to, even for three days.

The night in Wuzhen was the most unforgettable part of my trip. The ancient buildings, illuminated by lights, looked exceptionally charming. Strolling on the stone paths felt like traveling back to ancient times. The hotel I stayed in was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Returning to the hotel at night, I could enjoy a quiet resting environment. For the value of this trip, it was excellent.

The service was excellent throughout the tour. Zang Jian was a great guide—professional, well-mannered, and friendly. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, we communicated smoothly through WeChat, which made everything easy and comfortable. The trip was also very well organized and comfortable from start to finish. We stayed at a five-star hotel, and the lunches were enjoyable and of good quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience traveling in Suzhou, Wuzhen, and Hangzhou. Highly recommended!
