Must see in Shanghai as the colorful night skyline of city high rises are amazing and beautiful! Klook made it so easy to book at a great price, I think either the same or slightly less than buying tickets directly at the pier.

The operator was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast! They were so helpful—when we got a bit lost at the drop-off point, they kept updating us and made sure we were okay. Their English is excellent, which is a huge help in China, and they even gave us great tips for the best views on deck. We loved our cruise experience so much that we upgraded to the VIP view deck for an extra 100 RMB and it was absolutely worth it! It came with free tea and biscuits, plus exclusive seating and an amazing view. Thank you so much for making our Huangpu cruise so memorable!

Disclaimer: It is just a ticket being purchased here, not a guided tour. I bought this here in Klook for my Huangpu River Cruise because of the great reviews. The staff was really responsive and informative. They contacted prior to my schedule and provided all the information. They were very responsive too when I asked something. They were patient in waiting for me when I arrived late than the schedule meet up. Mr. Li waited to give the ticket. Then it’s just me who went on the boat for the cruise. It is not a guided tour but they’ll help you secure the ticket and send off to an amazing evening cruise. You can avail of the view deck at the boat for CNY100. And yes! This cruise is a must do in Shanghai. The very beautiful and magical city you’ll see and witness at night.☺️

Klook price beats the actual venue price by about 10AUD. The organiser contacted me promptly and gave me good direction on ticket collection. Also I liked it how they communicated through WhatsApp rather than WeChat (a bit easier to use in my opinion)

The handling over of the ticket is a bit chaotic. Lots of visitor and very disorientating when you dont know where to go. The plus point is the agent is very responsive. Overall we have fun on this trip and took a lots of picture

Highly recommend. Beautiful night view of The Bund. Local tour agent Shanghai Huantai Travel did an excellent arrangement to ensure your trip is fruitful. It's an enjoyable experience.

Even though the price is cheaper than other tours, the scenery is breathtaking. I went during the Lunar New Year period. It was crowded, but I didn't mind. It was probably about as crowded as Ikebukuro Station. Below are instructions on how to use the service. Please download the WhatsApp app. You will receive messages in English one week before and on the day of the tour. The explanations come with photos and are so detailed that you'll be fine if you just follow them. As stated in Klook, tickets are not issued from a vending machine; instead, they are handed to you by a guide. The guide also won't arrive until an hour before. I arrived too early and went to the ticket machine, and was asked, "What kind of ticket is that?" Anyway, you'll be fine if you just follow WhatsApp. Also, the meeting point is far from Yuyuan Station (about 30 minutes).

It's the best city river cruise I have experienced so far. The guide was also generous to allow me to go to a much earlier schedule. The Huangpu River cruise in Shanghai is a must if you happened to visit Shanghai. You can the beautiful night sceneries and views of the bund and pudong. Shanghai is truly among the best cities in the world.
