The Bund tours

After ordering, the travel agency will add you on WeChat to verify order information and inform you that a tour guide will contact you the night before departure. The night before, there will be a trip management group with 9 people from the travel agency, making it 10 in total including me – I felt very pampered. The tour guide will post the detailed meeting location and itinerary (with pictures and text) in the group, making it easy to understand. On the day of the tour, there were about 40 people, and two tour guides (Lei Lei and Xiao Yu) took care of us from the front and back. It happened to rain during the trip, and it was heartbreaking to see tour guide Lei Lei get completely soaked. The beautiful tour guide Xiao Yu smiled throughout and was very patient and loving towards every customer. The overall process was smooth. There was an optional activity to go to the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel to the Oriental Pearl Tower, which was a nice extra experience.

He quietly and diligently follows the entire itinerary quickly and well. His personality and appearance are similar to my sister's husband in Korea, which makes him feel familiar and makes me feel like I'm in Korea.

Booking was very easy! It’s a self guided tour which was perfect for us, we had a a lot of time to explore on our own time. We had a private driver Mr. Zhu and he was super nice & helpful with many questions we had! He gave clear instructions on pick up places. We highly recommend this if this is your type of sight seeing. Ask for Mr. Zhu if possible! Happy Travels :)

Thank you Audrey for being a pleasant tour guide. She is full of positive energy and she shared very interesting facts about Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. She made sure all of us stay together and will always check on us. Would recommend this tour if you want to see both Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. This includes lunch but would really suggest to eat breakfast beforehand so you'll have energy for the first part of the tour.

Great trip for a short break to explore some of the major cities in and around Shanghai. The tour guide 焦导 is very knowledgeable and managed the group well with great care and attention. Although the pace was a little rushed with fast moving visits at each stop, it was understandable given the many interesting places cover within a short time. Highly recommended for anyone looking 👀 to spend 4-5 days visiting Jiang Nan.

Alana contacts us the day before to provide us with the tour details. Berlin is our tour guide and she is knowledgeable and gives us detailed history of Shanghai. We intend to go to the bund on our own and Berlin is flexible to replace with Xin Tian Din. The view at Shanghai tower allows us to see almost the whole of Shanghai. The local Shanghai products are cheaper to buy at Zhu Jia Jiao water town. The lunch is good with recommendation by Berlin. Berlin treated us to Sheng Jian Bao at water town which is delicious. The boat ride is about 20 min which brings us around the water town. The tour is well planned which caters to the needs of adults and kids.

We are grateful to have Chi (Kathy) to be our Guide. She speak excellent english and veery knowledgeable about the area. We had a great day in Zhu Jia Jiao particularly during the boat ride. We were able to explorer the town and eat Pork Machang or sticky rice, dumplings and drink traditional tea. We then went to Yu Garden and learn its history. Thank you also to Chi for helping us book our dining experiences for Da Dong and Ren He Guan. This extra service meant a lot for us tourist who do not have chinese number.

We mistakenly booked a Chinese-speaking tour. As non-chinese speakers, our tour guide Director Li, made sure that we follow what’s happening at the tour using WeChat autotranslate. It’s a relaxed tour, with time to enjoy Shanghai.
