Review for: Premium Bus Tour
The problem is not the operator. it is Klook. We expected an English guided tour since we booked through Klook (English website). However, we didn't find out it is a Chinese only guided you until two days before the tour when we were contacted by the guide. I requested Klook to cancel the tour immediately. The policy was full refund if we do before 24 hours. Howeve, as I write this review (two days after the tour date), I still have not heard from Klook.
