The tour guide was friendly and responsible, and the itinerary was rich in content. There was no need to worry about transportation, as lunch and cable car tickets were included. Luckily, the weather at Zao Okama was clear on the day of the tour, making it well worth a visit!

The driver was very responsible and drove smoothly. The tour guide was also very kind. We went to Zao Okama that day, but unfortunately, we couldn't see it due to bad weather. The tour guide kept comforting us. Later, the weather at the Zao Ropeway station was very good. In the afternoon, we went to Ginzan Onsen, and the weather was also very nice. The tour guide explained Ginzan Onsen very diligently and thoroughly, which made us appreciate it even more.

The timing was perfect, with ample time given for each attraction. I was pleasantly surprised that the itinerary also included lunch and cable car tickets! The lunch was delicious and not just a casual meal, and the tour guide was very friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Overall, I had a great experience! The tour was conducted in Chinese/Japanese (and I knew this before joining, lol), but the guide, Fang Chi, was incredibly kind and patient. She made the effort to communicate with me through Google Translate, which I really appreciated and made me feel included throughout the trip. The whole group was well taken care of, and the ride was very comfortable. The locations were quite far from each other, so we spent less than 2 hours at each stop, but it was still enough time to enjoy the sights and experience the places, especially if you’re short on time and want to see multiple spots in one day. I would definitely recommend this for travelers who want a convenient and hassle-free way to explore.

Our tour guide, Xiao Yang, was very friendly and enthusiastic! Thank you for accompanying us for the day! We went in late April, and the weather was still very cold, especially at Zao Okama where the wind was strong. Make sure to bring warm, windproof clothing. Luckily, there was a visitor center where we could rest and escape the cold! The lunch portion was generous and delicious.

Tour guide Ji was responsible and meticulous, and the itinerary was very rich. I had wanted to visit Ginzan Onsen many years ago, and the one-day tour by car was very convenient. The Yamagata-style lunch was also quite substantial!

The course leader was very friendly; we learned a lot, and it was a nice change to have a go at making something by hand ourselves.

The photographer proactively contacted me before the shoot to ask about my preferred style, and the photos turned out exactly as I wanted. The whole process was very pleasant.
