導遊友善盡責，行程內容豐富，不用費心交通問題，包午餐及纜車車票，幸運的是當日藏王御釜天氣晴朗，值得一遊！

司機先生非常的負責，開得很平穩。導遊小姐也非常的親切。當天我們先去藏王御釜，可惜天氣不好沒有看到。導遊一直安慰我們。結果後來在藏王纜車站天氣很好了。下午去銀山溫泉，天氣也很不錯。銀山溫泉導遊很認真仔細地講解。讓我們更有感覺了

時間安排的很剛好，每個景點給的時間都很足夠觀光，行程居然還有包含午餐和纜車門票，真的大驚喜！而且午餐也很好吃不隨便，導遊很親切，整體來說很滿意！

Had a great experience overall! The tour was conducted in Chinese/Japanese (and I know this prior joining lol), but the guide, Fang Chi, was incredibly kind and patient. She made the effort to communicate with me through Google Translate, which I really appreciated and made me feel included throughout the trip.
The whole group was well taken care of, and the ride was very comfortable. The locations were quite far from each other, so we spent less than 2 hours at each stop, but it was still enough time to enjoy the sights and experience the places, especially if you’re short on time and want to see multiple spots in one day.
Would definitely recommend for travelers who want a convenient and hassle-free way to explore.

導遊是小楊，人很友善熱情！！！謝謝她一天的陪同！四月底去，天氣還是很冷，尤其藏王御釜風很大，保暖防風衣物 要帶，好險有遊客中心可以休息避寒！中午餐食份量足，也美味😋

紀導遊盡責細心，行程非常豐富，多年前已想去銀山溫泉，一日團坐車往來就很方便，中午山形特色午餐都幾豐富！
