Tour de um dia pela Vila das Raposas de Sendai Zaō + Termas de Ginzan

Today, I had a wonderful time on a day trip to Zao Fox Village in Sendai and Ginzan Onsen. The weather was beautiful and sunny, making the entire journey even more enjoyable. At the Fox Village, I observed many adorable foxes up close, freely roaming around, which truly made me feel the charm of nature. Furthermore, the picturesque scenery of Ginzan Onsen, with its babbling brooks and magnificent surrounding mountains, was breathtaking. Soaking my ankles in the outdoor hot spring and enjoying the comfortable warmth helped me forget the stresses of daily life. Overall, this trip not only allowed me to get close to the foxes but also immersed me in the beautiful natural scenery, making it an unforgettable experience.

We went on this private tour on April 12th, and it was the best decision ever. There were only 5 of us, including Ms. Bing, the tour guide, and it was seriously so much fun. Because it was a small group, everything felt so personalized, and we had many great conversations about our lives. A special shoutout to the couple we met (Adrian)! We had lots of time to visit Fox Village and Ginzan Onsen, and Ms. Bing pretty much accompanied us the whole way through. She was super thoughtful and brought us to a special lunch spot before we went to Ginzan Onsen – the hospitality at that family-run restaurant was so memorable, and the food was also amazing; get the soba! Anyway, overall, I recommend this tour because with smaller tours, you have more control over the time, and it’s just more fun! The mini-bus was also very comfy!!

The day tour originally required three people to proceed, but one of the group members canceled. The tour guide didn't want to disappoint us, so he went ahead with the original plan, turning it into a private tour for just my husband and me. Although only the Japanese-speaking driver accompanied us throughout the trip, he enthusiastically translated everything for us, communicated using translation apps, and introduced many unique features of Sendai. We are truly grateful to him! The fox village and Ginzan Onsen are definitely worth a visit. We are so glad we chose this day tour; we had a fulfilling and enjoyable day!

We had a wonderful day under the guidance of Ms. Abe. Today marked Sendai's first heavy snowfall of the year, and Ms. Abe waited for the group to gather in the snow. With a small, intimate group, we set off comfortably in a mini-bus. Visiting Zao Fox Village in the snow season meant no unpleasant odors, and the foxes were adorable. Before arriving at Ginzan Onsen for lunch, our guide thoughtfully arranged for us to eat at a local restaurant midway, avoiding queues, in a clean environment, and with delicious food. We stayed at Ginzan Onsen for about an hour, which was enough time for a leisurely stroll and some shopping. This day trip was of excellent quality and highly recommended.

This was my first time joining a Klook tour alone, and it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-paced with plenty of time. At Fox Village, you can see many adorable foxes; although the smell was a bit strong, they were still cute. You can also buy food to feed them, but unfortunately, I couldn't fit in the fox-holding session. Ginzan Onsen was charmingly old-fashioned, and the autumn foliage combined with the waterfall view was stunning. Our tour guide, Ms. Cheng, was very enthusiastic, introducing the background culture of Sendai City and the attractions we visited, as well as recommending popular souvenirs. The tour bus was also very comfortable, and the itinerary was well-arranged. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Our day trip to Zao and Ginzan Onsen on December 27th was absolutely wonderful! A special thank you to our attentive guide, Vanessa, and driver, Mr. Endo, from our small group of 8. They not only constantly looked after everyone's well-being but also proactively helped us take photos and kept the heater on when we felt cold, providing impeccable service. They also chatted with us about local delicacies and souvenirs. Although it was a bit of a shame we didn't get to hold the fox cubs due to time constraints, the streetscape of Ginzan Onsen and the beautiful scenery of Zao were already well worth it. We were very lucky to experience heavy snow at Ginzan Onsen, making the scenery incredibly beautiful. We recommend that if you wish to enjoy a leisurely meal on the hot spring street, try to avoid the peak afternoon crowds, otherwise, long queues might affect your itinerary and photo opportunities. Overall, this experience gets a perfect score! This trip was elevated by the professional and thoughtful guide and driver, leaving us with abundant wonderful memories. We highly recommend this tour and team!

Ms. Bin was very enthusiastic throughout, explaining everything and creating a great group atmosphere. We are very grateful for her company all the way! We visited every attraction on this trip, and we were lucky enough to encounter snow, making the scenery along the way and at the sites incredibly beautiful. Highly recommended!! The lunch was also delicious. We are also very grateful to our driver, Mr. Sato, for his hard work and for safely getting us there and back.

We are truly grateful to Teacher Cheng for sharing various interesting anecdotes about Sendai with us. We highly recommend this itinerary, as you can not only observe six different colors of foxes up close but also participate in feeding small animals at the Fox Village. Additionally, we are very thankful to Teacher Cheng for taking us to Yamagata to enjoy the delicious Shokusai Yuzen - Ume Restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the leisurely time at Ginzan Onsen, where it felt as if time stood still, allowing us to experience what is truly known as Taisho Roman.

Team leader Park Xianzi's service attitude was very enthusiastic and professional. The itinerary was meticulously planned, and the trip was completed safely and perfectly. I am grateful to the universe for arranging a snowy atmosphere, coupled with a warm reception and a safe driver, making the entire trip unforgettable. The experience was very satisfying, and the value for money was good.

My friends and I had an amazing time with our tour guide. Our guide was very nice and sweet, and she was very accommodating. We had forgotten to mention that we only speak English, not Japanese or Chinese. Even though there was a language barrier, she always tried to include us in her conversations. She would use Google Translate to provide us with information and help us take photos. She was very warm and sweet. We would definitely do this again.
