The tour guide picked us up at the hotel entrance early in the morning. The journey was bumpy and long. We hoped to have more time at the White Temple and Blue Temple, and less time at the Black House Museum. The Chinese-speaking guide explained everything very well and didn't waste anyone's time. We were also able to communicate our drop-off location at the end. Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire trip.

The hotel I stayed at this time was conveniently located within the pick-up and drop-off range, which I found very convenient as I didn't have to go to a meeting point myself and wait for others. I highly recommend the hotel's shuttle service. I always pay attention to this detail when booking. This time, the one-day tour leader was very responsible, and the entire service process was excellent. The time allocated for each attraction was just right. The attractions booked for today are definitely worth visiting; every place is beautiful and very photogenic. You absolutely won't regret coming, and they were also very enthusiastic about helping everyone take photos, very professional. I also want to thank the hardworking driver, who safely and smoothly drove us back to the hotel after an 8-hour round trip.

Our tour guide, Alisa, was very friendly and a local Chiang Mai resident. She provided historical explanations in both Chinese and English, and also proactively took photos. This is a highly recommended tour.

It was a good trip for the whole day, the tour guide was able to explain everything and we understood each other. The Long Neck, Blue, White, and Black Houses were so amazing.

We really enjoyed our day trip to Chiang Rai, everything was beautiful and we had the best time. Our tour guide and the driver took a really good care of us and we felt really comfortable.
