The day trip was well organised. The tour guide was great, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable

This was a nice tour but the operator did not pick us up from the hotel. We arrived at the meeting point and had to wait an hour to be picked up. The phone number provided was not answered when we called and there was no communication about the exact pick up time or delays. The transport van was also not in great condition and seemed a bit old. Other than that the tour guide was really and we enjoyed the tour overall.

The tour was awesome! Mr. Kear, the tour leader, and Mr. Step, the driver, were both great and really took good care of the group. The group was fun too, so the whole trip was really enjoyable.

We had such an amazing long day discovering the Northern Territory - so much fun!!

It was a long day, but also a very interesting trip. The time allocation felt a bit too tight and rushed, but Sirin giving the group the freedom to explore at our own pace was very much appreciated, as everyone in the group had different speeds and interests. Sirin was also very helpful and kind, patiently taking great photos for the tour participants even under the scorching sun, using her umbrella to shield herself. The lunch buffet was very filling and offered a great selection of food. The driver was very careful and considerate, and we felt safe even with near-zero visibility during the heavy downpour along the way. I would definitely recommend this tour to friends!

I participated alone. The hotel lookup was on time and smooth. There were 5 members in this tour, including me. I was satisfied that I could take my time and see each spot slowly. The guide was also a bright and very pleasant woman. Arranging things individually with GRAB is troublesome, and riding a rental bike on unfamiliar roads is dangerous, so I think it was the right decision to join the tour considering safety. The buffet lunch in the same area as the Black Temple was also delicious and satisfying.
