Ms Lina & John are the best, they handled us so well and the information was very clear. Ms Lina always made sure that we were all okay and she would double and triple check for the participants. She can speak a few languages and I could totally understand her very well. The bus was comfortable too and John was very welcoming, I really recommend this agency! Definitely 4.9/5 ❤️

This tour is highly recommended for those traveling independently in Milan and looking for a local tour to Lake Como! I was a bit worried about being the only Korean among foreigners and having a foreign guide, as it was my first time, but the meeting point was exactly as shown on the map, and both the bus driver and the guide were very kind. Especially our guide, Chiara, she continuously looked out for me, who was traveling alone, and meticulously checked if I was uncomfortable anywhere, so I didn't feel isolated at all. I went to lunch without researching any restaurants, but the guide immediately booked a recommended restaurant for me on the spot, so I had a great lunch. (It was also funny and nice that when I was deliberating over the menu, she honestly told me which dishes weren't great and which were better, haha.) Lake Como and Bellagio can be surprisingly tiring to explore, but traveling comfortably by bus meant I could even catch some sleep on the way back. The return journey was also incredibly beautiful, passing by the Alps and offering views of Swiss lakes. Thank you so much, Guide Chiara!! As a tip, when crossing the lake, you take a huge cruise ship... I recommend doing a headcount with the guide on board first, and then standing by the edge of the boat to see the views... A lot of people get on, and if you sit in a chair, you won't see anything because everyone blocks the view ㅜㅜ And it gets cold, so a jacket is a must!!

Ja, ich weiß, das ist tatsächlich etwas teuer. Aber ich genieße die Zugfahrt und Como. Die Zeit in St. Moritz ist eigentlich nur für das Mittagessen und voller Luxus dort!! Aber der Zug ist sooo toll, aber das ist NICHT der berühmte mit dem ganzen Fenster, nur der normale.

The tour was simply wonderful; we learned a lot of interesting information from the guide. Many thanks to him! If I'm not mistaken, the guide's name was Simon and the driver's name was Max. It was very engaging and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Recibimos una mejora porque nuestra reserva original tuvo que ser cancelada, la cual incluía todo lo que habíamos reservado en Como y Bellagio, pero en barcos privados mientras estábamos en el lago, y con Lugano incluido. La anfitriona Anna fue impecable: informada, comunicativa (inglés, italiano, español) y muy cortés. Cómodo autocar y barcos, tiempo suficiente para ver las cosas por nuestra cuenta, además de tiempo para escuchar a Anna como grupo. ¡Recomendaciones completas!
